I grew up on the dub and though I love the song for nostalgic reasons, and it was easy to remember as a kid, the Butterfly song just hits different. Mind you I never heard it until I was older (like in my 20s) but when I did it hit me in the feels as if I heard it all along. Not going to lie I teared up the first time I heard it and now I listen to it often. Something about it just makes you feel nostalgic.
If you have listened to songs like "We Built This City On Rock And Roll", "We're Not Going To Take It Anymore" or "Warrior" & "Goodbye To You", then yeah, this is right up there.
A lot fans comments from many languages around the world here make me respect Digimon series music ever more
