Nidhi Yadav mam did not have a channel before cracking the exam and after joining RBI she has now created a channel where she is uploading videos to guide the aspirants. So, one can open a channel provided they don't monetise it.

Edit : RBI officers can start a TH-cam channel but they can't monetize it in their OWN NAME .
In this world of internet RBI , Doesn't restrict any one to follow their interest in social media provided they don't release any sensitive information

Hello Sir. Can you please explain the leaves available for a RBI Grade B Officer? I dont not mean to ask about the leaves mentioned on paper as this information is available in the internet. Realistically.... How many leaves can an RBI Grade B manager get in a year. I am asking this question as i plan on joining Territorial Army after getting into RBI as a grade B manager. Also, will RBI give me the necessary permission and allow to me join Territorial Army? I need realistic answer sir. Not a general one. I request you to please answer my question and not ignore it. Yes it is there.
no no there is some restriction like they will no you to record in rbi offices and they wont allow you to turn on 'monetry section' of youtube means you cannot earn from youtube and you cannot share any insider information...otherwise you can make a youtube channel with any other content like strategy to rbi, travelling vlogs etc.

@@rahilroy3033 monetization basically means earning an income out of it and the whole organisation system itself have customs where you cannot opt to earn money or have other sources of income until your working for the organisation. Govt employees have restrictions to these things and are ordain to follow it. But likewise you can see a fair amount of youtubers who are employed through UPSC or SSC.
