    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 zucchini, diced
    1 cauliflower
    4 cups vegetable or fish stock
    2 fresh tomatoes
    1fresh bay leaf
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, squid and mussels)
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
    Lemon wedges for serving
