Have you ever seen how idols go through training? It's not easy, they train you to become perfect in singing and dancing, because everyone expects them to be perfect on stage. Same with musicals like these, one mistake will ruin the whole musical. Also a lot of pressure is on the director since she is the one in charge. The actors are trained for these types of musicals, if they weren't capable the director wouldn't have chose this musical.
This comment literally an example of a lie. If you really working for musicals for your life, you supposed not to have that kind of weak mentality. This is exactly musical/broadway enviroment in rehearsal process. If you have that kind of mindset it’s better to change job tbh.
