Not going to lie, was totally expecting Dan to pull a boss move and be like "Hey ESPN, I'll pay him out of my own picket because you're not firing him". He constantly went to war with ESPN over his fathers labor disputes, and Papi was being a prima donna, Chris Cote is just a humble kid who probably loved waking up and doing this job everyday. Probably totally unfair of me but I expected Dan to keep the fam together at all costs.
We have to let it play out first. They haven't been on the air do to the hurricane but i'm sure we're gonna hear something. This one really hurt. Honestly I'll stick with the Lebatard Show/Family/Army over ESPN. This group has really made something special that i love listening to and watching every weekday.

Been watching since ‘09. Genuine feeling of loss after his announcement Sunday. Hope Sirius tosses them a bag to tell ESPN to bleep themselves. Chris if you can hear this, just understand I’m sorry.
I started listening when i was in highschool even before Chris was on the show. Through the years I feel like I grew up with him, watched him grow as a person, and watch himgrow from a kid scared to talk on the microphone to one of the best things about the show. He will be so sorely missed and I think I'll always feel a huge, one may say fat even, hole in the show no matter what going forward.
I listened everyday since 2015. My favorite part of the show is the back row. Chris Cote is the best. I love Chris. Im done with the show until he's back.

How can they layoff Chris during the holidays and when the Dolphins are finally decent. Chris suffered for years on the air because of the Dolphins and as soon as they're good, he isn't there to enjoy it. ESPN doesn't get the show
