- I've heard a lot of players in the community claiming that the Finn LMG will replace the Bruen MK9 in Warzone but I think that's an unfair comparison to make... I actually think the Bruen still outperforms the Finn at range due to the higher rate of fire and control (even after the nerf) What do you think? Tried using the FiNN again today. It’s great at range... if you’re shooting someone in the back. If they’re shooting back, you have no chance. I want to love it. It has the lowest recoil of any gun in the game & the range is great. But the damage with the slow rate of fire is terrible. Adverse has faster ttk but impossible to hit long range shots, & why would I want an LMG as my short range weapon?

I keep using the finn but people keep getting to cover when I break their armour the rate of fire is low but the adverse isn’t as effective at range.
At least it’s balanced and works wonders when you catch them in the open
To be honest the Shadow Tracers on the MP5 seemingly just obscure vision at really close range

Is it just me or is Warzone becoming insanely sweaty? It seems almost unplayable lately. Started winning this season, and now I can barely make it halfway through a match, and that is if I'm lucky.
It is bound to happen with any semi -competitive game.
It probably means you've gotten better and are now now paired with gods that are your own skill level.
Its been sweaty since people figured out all of the meta weapons. 90% of players are using the bruen, mp5, or the grau and are going way too hard.
Dav Bro nah I feel like meta is pretty balanced right now every gun has its spot for each engagement. The guy above is probably right, since OP said he’s started winning games he’s probably risen his K/D to sweatier lobbies since it goes up in 0.1s

try replacing the mono suppressor and tac laser with a muzzle brake and commando foregrip to get (literally) no recoil in sustained fire

Just a small note, I think you can improve your capture settings, I watch all videos at the max settings and there are still a lot of distortion due to compression. Also sometimes it looks like they are oversharpened? IDK, maybe it's just me.

Yeah, this video has been stuck processing for a day or two. I'm not sure what's going on but it seems to be on TH-cam's end. There have been some quality issues during the pandemic so hopefully it fixes itself soon!
Don't forget youtube's video compression just plain sucks. It always makes videos look worse.
commando foregrip takes the gun to the next level in terms of accuracy.. you can swap out the laser for it
I'm still seeing the bruen absolutely wrecking people at distance before they can react.
For me, it (Bruen) seems like a potato post nerf after using it as my long range for some time. Switched back to my Oden load-out until I get the Finn leveled up.

What a great team, and great chemistry between the players. Tom has improved so much, not that he's been playing poorly or anything like that, he's just really improved. I wouldn't have pushed centre zone at the end though, the team put themselves in a tight spot, I would have hugged the edges for a safer angle, but gg's anyways!

Finn could be better than Bruen overall, but Finn is missing headshot multiplier and that is huge downside...
Finn is better at close and really long distance at TTK, Bruen has better TTK between 40-77 meters.Finn has better ADS, but worse movement speed and reload speed. Finn also has better recoil (not adverse).
with that i would say Finn is better, but when you add missing headshot multiplier, then it is not looking that great.
True. The damage should be higher because of the Base slow firerate.
Tomo mounting the finn LITERALLY gives it 0 recoil so you can take out people at sniper ranges 👌
Maybe try swapping to a sniper scope and a ranger foregrip. Even if you don't make a video with that it's stupid low recoil with the ranger makes the sniper scope viable and possibly better at long range due to increased zoom. Might be preference though.
Bit of a random question but is there a way to throw a c4 and explode it without throwing the next c4 if you have 2 in pc if so what’s the key bind?

Hey Tom, how come you've never made a video on the SA87? I see that you have a loadout with it already set up, so you must be using it.
By the way, there's an interesting way to play the AUG, you can make it compete with ARs at mid to long range while keeping the close range SMG TTK.
It requires the 5.56 conversion of course, and the build is mono suppressor, 622mm long barrel, commando foregrip, 5.56 mags (30 for solos/duos, 60 for trios/quads) and an optic of your choice. You can replace the commando foregrip with a tac laser if you use the VLK 3.0 Optic and most blueprints have a lot better iron sights than default so you could skip the optic in favor of a tac laser too.
It's an interesting way to make the AUG into an AR, not a meta build for sure but still absolutely usable and quite fun :)

Finn with the standard longshot is definitely competitive in TTK at range but the adverse is just better. Adverse puts it at PKM levels of TTK, but with less bounce in the recoil and half the reload speed. Its mobility is slightly worse than the PKM when kitted for long range, especially if you run the PKM with the snatch grip and the TAC laser for the ADS benefits, but it's still only a few frames of ADS at 60fps and a marginal movement difference that's gonna be negated by running an MP5 secondary anyway. Only real issue with it is that firing at 1000rpm burns ammo like almost nothing else in the game. Definitely gotta up your looting game to keep it fed!

Stopping power rounds will also technically give you more ammo if you have a weapon but are still low on ammo.

This gun when prone is a laser beam. I run it with a AMAX setup for medium to short range.

Rate of fire is slow, but I don't think the Bruen outperforms it with recoil control. Overall, the thing is one of the more balanced guns, which might prevent it from being top tier. I think it still has potential to be top tier. Gotta see how the meta unfolds.

Tried many different guns since bruen nerf and imo amax and ram7 are best by far, kilo looks like bruen, so less damage compare to amax, not so accuracy difference. Dunno mb it's just for me. Last season bruen all the way and it was brilliant.
I think i understand what you said, but i have the 1080p 60fps option, and amazing internet, but it still looks more like 480p... Other people's videos have much better resolution. But the quality of your content is great
Took me 3 days of play to smoke my way to the bruen...puh! And that gun was sick or still is with that 60r mag. Then they release finn that took 30min to unlock and its OP to the bruen....what did Activision think of all that???
No its not op. Damage is very low on the Base firerate and if you increase the firerate it will be only useable for close to mid Range and that not very well.
I'm torn b/w the Longshot Advantage and Adverse Barrels, reload time is the only thing holding me off from using this gun.

It's a Bruen 2.0 with the commando foregrip
My only complaint is that the FiNN burns through ammo like crazy. Other than that, it's a beast of a gun. Good recoil control, good range, decent TTK.
If you are winning fights you should be fine
a gun without extra headshot damage, isn't it designed for handicapped users, since you dont have to aim the head for max damage
I never thought about that, it actually makes sense you just gotta get upper chest shots and the recoil it non existent

If you want an absolute piss missile with the Finn, I’d recommend getting rid of the 100 round mag and instead equipping a commando grip. The range and most importantly the accuracy is so OP. I believe it is the best accuracy you could achieve with an LMG in the LMG category.

I think They should remove the recoil reduction in vlk, first it dosent make any sense, two there isn't any reason to use any other optic right now
It's there because the ads movement speed break is at 3.25 zoom. high zoom and low zoom settings.

Damage is poor for LMG (is not worth the payoff for worse handling and reload). Kilo, grau and pkm definitely better, but it’s not unusable at all. Very enjoyable to use actually given recoil
Well there are better alternatives. If you want an assault rifle with fast reload you can use the grau or kilo and If you want a high damage weapon you can use an lmg like the pkm. The Finn is in the awkward spot between

I play with 17 hip fire sensitivity and a controller-if I had a higher sensitivity and a MOUSE there is a zero% chance Id grab the right load out from the menu under fire . 😂
