I think barring any major or minor injuries, falls, etc. --- let's say all the top contenders (Lee, Biles, Qiu, Zhou, Andrade, Namour & OTHERS with similarly known names) do an acceptable job to an exception performance on all apparatuses (the best that they could do & the best that they have done, in previous nationals and international events) ---- it is likely between Andrade and Biles.
Andrade missed the AA Gold from the last Tokyo to Lee largely because she stepped out of bound, on one of her powerful tumblings on the floor. Having not won that AA title, but coming so close to it, she is likely WAY MORE motivated than Lee or any other.
She has the skills, poise, and the experience, unlike the newcomers.
As for Biles, again, if she feels healthy throughout, and if she performs her hardest skills & sticks in all of them.... it is next to impossible for anyone to over take her (but you NEVER know for sure, as mental health is so complex & unpredictable: physical injuries, you either have it or not; mental, it's different; you may not even know until you are in the ACT of doing some skills)... she may not win more than 2 gold on individual apparatuses, due to the depth & breadth of individual apparatus specialists this time around; but Biles AVERAGE SCORE, when she sticks in all apparatuses.... would just be so high, due to her ability to do next level difficult (on every apparatus she may not win), after 4 apparatuses, it'd be impossible for anyone to come close.
Qiu and Zhou, Beam specialists, for example, would have to be able to do THAT level of difficulty (as they are capable on the BB) on ALL FOUR apparatuses ---- something they can't do on at least 2 of them ---- to be on the same RAW scoring possibility of Biles.
But Andrade, she is just an all-around VERY STRONG, very skilled gymnast, on all apparatuses, even if she's not the best in any of them...

Simone has 5 moves named after her, is the most decorated, is the oldest to compete in the Olympics in over 70 years, has the most difficult vault in the game, a J rated floor move, and has won every single world championships she's competed in, has been CONSISTENT for over 10 years, and has won 9 US championships. That being said, stop salivating over Simone and stop the need to compare everyone to her. You can talk about Rebecca's elegance to the moon and back, but SIMONEstands out from the rest and has literally changed the game. No one is doubting Rebecca's talent, but is it necessary to put Simone down? She is who she is, and everything she has accomplished is because she stuck to what works for HER. She's the rabbit that everyone is chasing, especially since she'll most likely retire, and she WILL retire as the G.O.A.T.

Landing the dismount is not everything. She is so technically clean that she can afford to lose points on the dismount. Her vault for example - she only ever loses points on dismount - very clean in the air and off the block. She is also more powerful and has to train the reverse i.e when other gymnasts are trying to get power and speed she has to reduce it. When she gets overly excited on floor she goes out of bounds she also jumps high almost 2.5 times her height on some skills - that is pure power and energy.
Look for some of her videos before 2013 she would literally fly off the apparatus and they had to train her reduce the power she had.
Plus the power she generates allows her to do extremely difficult skills.
BTW If she kept the same skills as Rebecca - she may land cleaner most of the time is not all and maybe it would be a competition of execution which she also has been known to do well.

    My only changes:
VT: Instead of Yeo, I would say Jade Carey is the leading contender for Bronze (5.6, 5.4).
UB: No change, but I think Suni will ultimately be attempting a ~6.5 D Score in Paris (for EFs, at least). She did a 6.4 at Trials.
BB: Qiu Qiyuan is incredible, but she is not touching the podium with a 6.1 D Score unless other ppl fall. Also, Suni Lee currently has the highest single scores in the USA with a 6.7 D Score. I would put her in contention for a medal over Simone, and if Qiyuan only competes a 6.1 (I suspect that was a typo and meant to be 7.1), Suni is easily clearing. If Qiuyuan does compete a comparable or higher D Score than Suni, I would say keep it the same, but replace Simone with Suni.
FX: Simone is currently competing a 7.0 D Score. Depending on Jade's upgrades and D Score, she could be beaten by Jordan Chiles on FX for Bronze (but Andrade and Biles are basically locked for Silver and Gold if they hit).
AA: Shilese is not competing in Paris. 😭 I think the Bronze AA is now between: Sunisa Lee, Kaylia Nemour, Qiu Qiyuan, and Melanie de Jesus Dos Santos.

The top 3 on beam are Suni, Simone, and either Hezly or Jordan (whichever scores higher in prelims). The top 3 on floor are Simone, Jade, and Jordan. It is possible Hezly won't even be used in team finals. Remember that 4 athletes compete each event in prelims. Barring injury, Simone, Suni, and Jordan will compete AA in prelims, Hezly will compete bars and beam, and Jade will compete vault and floor.
