- Amazon added a new feature a few months ago and we've been investigating A+ content on Amazon for authors. In this video Julie Broad of Book Launchers explains what A+ Content is on Amazon, why it could be valuable for authors, and how to set it up.

If you want to use an award you have received for a book, the award must be within the last 2 years and it must have the year it was awarded as part of the award.

This was so helpful! Do you have any ideas for someone who only has two books out? It is a series and the third one isn’t finished yet.
Look around books in your genre and see what they are doing. There are some really great examples in action now ... even more than there were when this video was made!
Really enjoyed your info and am just getting into the A+ content but am having difficulty trying to add my ASIN. I have my modules all ready to go but when I add the ASIN, for the one book I have created, it will not go any further and keeps telling me to add it. Suggestions? Thanks for your video. Very inspiring. FYI, I use my real name as author.

I love my Amazon A+ Content. I checked out other authors' use to decide how I would do mine and got ideas. Over time, like everything else, I will update it. It's a great way to add marketing collateral to your book listing on Amazon. Thanks for the video, Julie!

@@BookLaunchers About 5-6 days. I edited it 2-3 times s well, refining the images and they took about the same time.

So a book has to be published through KDP to use Amazon's A+ content? Yet I see a lot of books from mainstream publishers who don't print through KDP using A+, how is that?
They have a different relationship/set up as a publisher.

You bet I will ... we are testing right now. We have created our own templates and are just starting to roll them out with different books. As we do that we will have a lot more to share ... likely in the New Year. I'm also attending a session on A+ content at 20 Books to $50k event that I am at this week ... if I get any gold nuggets from that I'll be sharing them too!!

I spent over 3,000$ publishing with Book Baby last month and have come out extremely unsatisfied! :,( I wish so badly I would’ve found book launchers before, y’all are the best!

Perfect timing again as I just learned about A+ content a couple of days ago and I wanted to learn more about A+ content so I could try it out. I will definitely be smashing that like button for the great information and the bonus picture of your dog relaxing by the pool.

I started this author/publishing journey with excitement, anticipation and an ideal that was wildly out of touch with reality.
I'm still daunted and incredibly overwhelmed, still trying to figure out how to apply all this amazing info to my specific niche audience; what I roughly estimated to be a one year timeline, is not even close *sigh*.

Now I just need to figure out if I'm writing one book, or three lol.
