i hate how paradox games are always feel so barebones until the dlcs come out in the following 6+ years. im so stoked for eu5 but i fear its launch might be like imperator or something
At launch most core features are alright though. Imperator's biggest problems at launch were mana, irrelevant navies and complete absence of flavor or content outside of Rome. But the pops and trade goods were fine and the war system quite literally the best in any Paradox game short of HOI. This shows since it seems wars and trade resources will be Imperator-style in EUV
Bruv, please, maybe just check a bit about EU5? Understandable that you could be frustrated and you are new to the topic of EU5, but just learn about it more before commenting.
@@maxpont8989 No, the big problem with imperator was that NONE of the features functioned properly. If it did it would've been a very good game for not having any expansions.
@@adwans1491 There are also dozens of religions and hundreds of different languages. In Modern Peru's territory alone, you have different religions on the parts of the northern coast to another part of the same coast, to center coast, to northern andes, to central andes, etc, etc.

EU4 can only run on one cpu core. As eu5 is on a different engine it supports multi core so you'll likely end up with surprisingly decent performance
