This song talks about Bhabhi (sister-in-law) who has to apply henna on her husband's younger brother’s hands on the occasion of his marriage. Sister-in-law will do the shagun (good omen).

This is a song sung in Punjabi marriages ( punjab is a state in India). its not „Papi“( as in Papa or Father). they are saying Bhabhi which in Hindi ( lndia‘s main language) means Sister- in -law. so what she is singing is , „ Bhabhi teri ve veera shagen Karegi“ meaning your sister-in - law will do the shagan for you ( its probably her brother- in -law getting married and this is why she addresses him as a Veera ( which means brother in Punjabi). Shagan is an event that marks the auspicious beginning of the couples lives. During the shagan ceremony fruits, sweets, dry fruits and clothes between couple‘s families are exchanged.
