I am mesmerized by your style of painting. Loose watercolor feels so evasive and seems to require some level of mastery, but you're demystifying it with such ease. Love it!! I can't wait to paint this and more!

I really appreciate the specific instructions and demonstrations that you gave in this tutorial. “ I’m seeing rows… it I want to see blending”. When you say what you see us doing wrong and then show us the correct way…. They were real lightbulb moments! Thank you!!

Thank you for demonstrating what you meant by 'bands'. I hadn't heard the term. Your instructions are so comprehensive and exciting. I do think, though, that a more exactly painted leaf/flower here or there, slightly off center, interspersed with the loose brushwork, will create am exciting focal point. I'm going to do a pair of small ones each way and see if that works. So glad to have found your channel

Thanks Kj. Fear is not a good thing it hinders the spirit and its not of God. So there’s one of two ways to handle it…stop and put the painting aside and save for another day when the fear is gone. Or just push past it, both work. But never let fear win!

Wonderful! it’s completely different, as you work from light to dark with watercolor, but what’s so magical about watercolor is that it doesn’t unique things on its own, and the clean up is easy. I struggle with acrylics as i find them like pushing glue around and the clean up is a nightmare. but I still use them from time to time.
