Leila represents Chick-fil-A culture well. Things can definitely get crazy/busy/confusing at the restaurants. You’ll be part of an awesome team at ANY Chick-fil-A location, and y’all will get through it together. PS. I would recommend not posting screen shots/captures of any training information...of any restaurant brand. Restaurants usually consider that proprietary information.

I applied for $13-$14/hr pay and they said “the best we can do is $12/hr” I told them I’ll take it! The Chick-fil-A near my parents house is hiring at $13/hr so I thought it wouldn’t be too crazy to apply at that hourly rate

they guy that interviewed me said he wanted me to come in another day to do the next interview but i said i could do it that day and the second interview was good and i got the job right then

6:30 - pay rate. I don’t think we can ask that in California anymore. ...know your location’s minimum wage and know that most Chick-fil-As pay competitively. Most California locations start at a dollar above minimum wage...so, starting wage might be well above $10...know your area.
I just applied at one today and I’m 16 so hopefully I get Hired !

What are the things you think made them hire you?
I kind of mentioned that in my other video but I would say the way I made eye contact and how I presented myself. I also made sure I seemed very interested.

I applied like yesterday or the night before and they already reached out for a phone interview which I think is good? I’ll be doing that this Tuesday. I’m so nervous I might have to do a group interview though if I get through the phone interview 😭

I’ve been working for CFA for like 5-6months now and I love it! I have experience as far as restaurant wise and the pay rate is great compared to getting paid $11.50hr so I have to say that my experience has been 😊 great!!!
In Washington they started my pay off at 13 75 they be shortin y’all hella in other states lmao

yeah it’s cause of the minimum wage 😪 the minimum wage here in VA is like $7.25 so our above average wage would be like $8-$11 maybe even $12 depending on the job

True 2x Omg my tan is terrible and you should talk to them and have them switch you out from time to time they just recently got a big tent for us so that helps
Leila Li yes girlll we have a few tents but were barley under them because were constantly pulling cars & they do not listen they just try to get orders taken fast and send food out fast 🤦🏾♀️. I loved my job before the whole covid junk happened but now its like its such a hard job
True 2x I feel you but my cfa now let’s us stay under the tents then have the cars go through the drive thru after we take their order but I just got my visor so hopefully it helps for when ever we’re not under the tent
So pretty much with storing... You pretty much gotta wait for the person in front of you taking the order to tell you that you can store so the guest don't get their order switched.
They hired at my interview and they started me at $11 per hour.

Hey, I have a second interview with chick-fil-a on Monday so I hope that you see this soon. Today I had a phone interview with them and he only asked me three big questions because he said he liked to keep his interviews short (he was nice!) I was wondering besides those questions what else did they ask? And what did you do for your second interview or if you didn't have a second interview was else did they have you do? I’ll find out for you if hats in the kitchen are required
But my hair didn’t tangle that much if it did I would just separate the curls.

No we’re not supposed to so people that do have them cover it up with a piece of bandaid, buy a clear piercing, or take it out before work.

Is there any older people that work for Chick-fil-A that you saw, or is it mainly younger people? I been recovering from cancer and now ready to get back to work. They called me for an interview, I live in a rural area and there's not much else to apply for. I'm just wondering how much physical labor this will be, but it looks like I can do this. They have the young people do more of the heavy/ fast paste work and the older people are usually making sure the dining area is clean or occasionally taking orders for the guest that decide to order inside.
