These looks really good. Way more affordable than going with studio monitors (and smaller) but good enough to to produce some seriously good sound for music, not just games and TH-cam videos. Pretty much picking up where the Klipsch left off with the Pro Media if they kept going and made a better version of that speaker 2.1 system.
the thing I was most interested in was some comment about the competitors compared to this, but there was barely any :( Especially against iLouds and yamahas
@@AnnoyingCritic-is7rp Watch from 11:30 that's where the bass measurement is. The 200hz is due to windowing. Near field measurement is not easy for directivity tests.
@@johnyang799 There's millions of videos out there and I don't have time to go through them all - because most of them don't measure anything at all. But it looks good. A little expensive, but very flat compared to my pro media 2.1 Klipsch which are $150.
FINALLY - .. James doesn't have to break his back trying to measure these =)

Can you talk about the new "Kanto REN" speaker?
How about the latest Vanatoo ? I have a pair and they sound pretty good.
I really liket the USB-C Input, very MacBook Pro Friendly, just got these so I could move My Kanto Tuk into my Game Room.
These have a digital input, so they have a built-in DAC, yes? Any info on the DAC?
thanks for the review great job as always. Have you guys thought of reviewing the Summit HiFi A11 Amp?
Hey Kanto, I wish these had USB and optical so I can support my headphone rig via USB and a digital in for these speakers. I will have to go Vanatoo.
How noisy are the amps on these? Is there a lot of hiss from the speakers when there's no sound?
Even my $80 Edifier's don't
Dual Class AB monolithic from the audioengine a2+ with a good is not better than that ?
