Just because someone bonded out of jail doesn't mean there won't be a warrant issued for his arrest. So even if he does go back to New York in the meantime, he'll still be summoned back to Orlando to face possible jail time, maybe federal prison since this happened at an airport.

I have been fighting it since the November 2020 all the way up until September 1st, 2023. I was offered all kinds of plea deals. All I had to do was do a video call with the judge, prosecutor and my defense attorney and sign the documents and I was done. I eventually got my whole charges dismiss do to me demanding a jury trial. The only time you have to show up to court is if your case actually made it to trial. The real scary thing about these types of incidents at airports is the slow police response time. Here for example, it took 4 minutes for the 1st one to show up, even though there are many on duty there (cops have a habit of bunching up in airports, getting together with their fellow officers in back areas), a determined nut with a weapon can kill a lot of people in that time. I sure other people in certain other countries are thinking the same thing, wondering how they could exploit the situation.

Just imagine how he treats his wife. She’s probably getting beat everyday. It’s crazy they let him out the same day.

Most of the blame should be with the airports and airlines for serving alcohol.

He and others like him should be banned from every airline and airport for disrupting business and putting passenger safety in jeopardy. Let me guess, his family and friends swear Ryan is normally a loving and caring person. "This is not who he is!" This is exactly who he is.

Even happy drunks are kept for several hours. This jerk (and so many just like him) need to be in jail for 72 hours, minimum. Just as a 'cool down' period. Then they should face serious charges that include jail time.

People are more interested in videotaping this man than the safety of their children. That is child abuse. You can hear her child begging her, “Mom please.” Mom wasn’t too scared. Trashy people flying now. Shame on you Jessica Smith! I hope you got paid.

You are always comparing these cops as if they are all the same people with the same mentality. Truth is not all cops handle these situations the same because they are different people ..some are good cops some are bad..and just some are just stupid..the same with any job.
