I’ve said this recently, I love how this is basically a Diss-Track to the Sasaengs or any hater that ATEEZ have come across unfortunately, And Rightfully so. Because people who are Sasaengs or Haters are the most toxic people in this world that can try and ruin everything! i think when seonghwa says that he 'already paid it' he is referring to the huge trainee debts that idols have to pay after they debut. usually idols only get proper income after they pay off their trainee debts to their companies, so this probably means ateez had already finished paying their company early on (bc they worked so hard especially on touring) and are now doing pretty well. all of them also recently moved out of company dorms and rented their own places too even tho they chose to live close. so glad ateez really made it successful in this oversaturated and corrupt industry, they are truly an unstoppable phenomenon inspiring a whole generation of small company idols
I did wonder if that line referred to them paying off their trainee debt. It kinda makes me wonder what Bang Chan's debt was like after seven years. Though with the royalties he probably gets, I'd imagine he's long paid it back.
