Lol!!! That’s really funny. I leave the B word behind all the time. Lol😂. I will let Jeff know. He takes pride in his patio. He started collecting orchids here and there. But now with me he’s says he finds himself buying a plant or orchid every time he comes to visit me or when I visit him. He left Krull-Smith with like 5 orchids. He said he was just going along for the experience. He was not interested in shopping. That didn’t happen. And then he got like 3 more orchids at Orchids in Bloom.
You pass the beautiful flowers please spend time showing all of them. I don't mind if it's a long video.

When I get to Miami agen it's going to be a show down because I might go broke. I have one of those bread trays aswel i wonder what should I put on it. When you got inside the nursery I almost cried from joy thank you so much again
Awe! Thank you Delando. I had an amazing time recording these videos over the weekend. To hear that they brought excitement and joy makes me very happy. Encouraging words to keep me going on this channel. Try to stick to a budget. I always do a budget. I never stick to it 100%, but it does help me put the breaks a bit. Lol! I would probably do dendrobium anosmum on the bread trays. They hang down and it’s perfect if you hanging the try up in a cable. 💚🍃

Yes me and my husband been there last week, oh my God we crazy about that we spend about $400 ,I went to go there at once a month.

If you thought Krull Smiths greenhouse was mind blowing wait until you visit Smileys, it’s extraordinary. A true orchid paradise unlike any I have seen before. I have not been to any other greenhouse that compares. Great videos as always!

Wow, I just have to say a few things. I’ve never been to an orchid nursery and show. You filmed it beautifully. I love your calm voice and personality that shines through. I’m eager to watch my videos when I get free time. I’m in the Pacific Northwest and I’m envious of you and your friends beautiful outdoor garden abilities. I have too much shade, squirrels and cold. Mine is in spike! 6 spikes first time bloom!
I knew you were gonna identify that one. I tried to figure it out. My Agraecum Crestwood has 3 spikes showing. I’ve had no luck blooming it. It’s grown really big with several keiki. I guess now it’s ready fir the show.
@@naturenel Be patient, it took mine two years to bloom, and I didn't think my crestwood was even going to bloom having just been repotted recently but 4 spikes!
Hi Nelson! What wonderful nurseries! LOVE Jeff's collection! The dendrobium on his tree is a Firewing, you can actually find it as a blooming size bag baby in HD and Lowes. Loved your haul! Happy Growing!!

I believe they are close to Krull-Smith Orchids. I’ve never been myself. Maybe next time I’ll pay a visit.
Keep on Rockin it Nelson!! There was a commercial orchid outlet here a number of yrs ago, their houses were all set up the same way for air. It was even written about in a book... There was a murder involving owners and former partners, needless to say it's now owned and operated by Chico State University here for other Ag purposes.

Jeff's yard is beautiful, such a great way to display orchids when you have fewer trees. If you want to see some cool specimen orchids, Orchids for the People has a couple of youtube videos about their Encyclia polybulbon and white-flowered Schomburgkia that are really cool. I've been to that nursery twice and I love it. Definitely an upside to living up in Northern CA for grad school. Philodendron Pink Princess has come down in price a little bit, but still quite a pricey plant. I'm not as into climbing Philodendrons because I know I don't want the upkeep of moss poles or planks, although that one can produce some gorgeous leaves. I appreciate seeing how you've planted some popular houseplants outside where they can grow to their true potential.
Hey Erin. I’ll check out Orchids for the People on TH-cam. The pink princess will be mine someday and I will release it in my garden to grow to its fullest. I’m really getting into the planting in under the trees. Can’t wait to show you guys some of the new renovations in the yard. Coming soon !🍃

@@delandolevine1215 I managed a place called Feather Fantasy where we had almost any parrot, finch, or tropical birds... The owner had 5 acres set up for breeding and learned alot!! My favs are Sulfur Crested Cockatoo's, and African Greys.. the larger species. Timeths' can be temperamental. 😅.
@@robertforrest7956 Your making my head spin with excitement, I love the smaller birds finches to be exact, it's hard to get most finches here I the Caribbean though I envy Miami so much
