Amazing job again ! For the shadaloo city, I often buy the 40% off gear, even stay on floor 3 shop for a day (she shop refreshes on the day reset, then finish the run), its hard to come by good gear with 40% off, I think it worth even when shadaloo its not 200%, everything 40% off should be bought.

30 original tokens for 500 gems in the general store is actually a really good deal. For comparison,, 20 strengthening tokens are 1500 gems when they same value (they both cost 14 mil cash). I also always buy Garage tokens daily.
@@PayneBlade Yup. On the Shadaloo 200% week, buy anything that is useful to you, but you have limited time and options dictated by the mystery shop. I buy garage tokens daily because that's my only source for them outside of idle rewards. To expand on original tokens being cheaper, the game roughly values 3 original tokens = 2 strengthening tokens = 1 boost stone. Example of this is the daily $15 subscription box which offers the ratio of 6/4/2 respectively. However, the shop sells 30 original tokens for ~500 gems, 20 strengthening tokens for ~1500 gems, and 20 boost stones for ~3000 gems. The strengthening tokens and boost stones have proportional gem value, but the original tokens are 3x cheaper. Clearly this only applies if you need that specific upgrade material, but even now when I'm midway though Ch 33, I still need all three.

Only for battle royal but thats if 1st to 2nd place. The rest isn't worth it. 300 diamons for a battle royal ticket and 50 for an arena and it's only minimal amount of diamonds to go up a rank. Ie 2nd to first daily is not even 50 I don't think (would need to check)

Arena daily for 3rd places is 100 but weekly is 1000 so if u need 1 more win to rank up you can get more gems (i checked 2nd place is 120 daily and 1200 weekly) But for Battle Royale Top 10 gets Divination tickets so getting there with 1 or 2 extra tickets would be fine cause 1 cost 100 gems

Absolutely! I forgot to add that. Refresh general shop is imperative! For Dolphins the car tokens are okay but I recommend by the cash ones and wait for double drop on shadaloo city and get 1000 for 300 gems

I'm a dolphin, and I currently have 4 SSS (1 is Sakura via Chunli). I'm sitting on 120k Gems, most of it just from playing. I'm currently on stage 20-2 (I can go further. I just haven't yet is all). I heard from a lot of youtubers to spend the diamond on summons early on. I guess I got lucky, but I also spent money strategically. I have an SSS Bison. My question is, idk what to do for spending the diamonds because I didn't really go crazy with the diamond spending. I normally summon with the coin things when I get 10, and that's primarily how I got my units. So, should I go and summon on the standard using the diamonds or just stick to divination? I've been a little reserved with divination because it hurts a little to spend 5k and get nothing vs. spending 2.7k and at least getting food but idk maybe I'm wrong with this thought lol
So this is complicated but let me give you pro and cons. Divination 5k gives a chance for the following (as you know) chance at blue cards, purple A faction cards, red gear, 30k diamonds, fighting soul frags, and resources including unit of your choice (6 multi pity). 2.7k gives you chance at As, blues and greens to dimiss to get loot from dismiss shop monthly. 20 purple and 30 yellow stones and A card. With this breakdown it's really down to what you are looking for. Both are great options
Do you have a guide on gear? Like do they matter in any meaningful way that we'd want to buy them for gems (specifically at discount in Shadaloo for SS tier)? I recently got past 12-40 (14-25 atm) and underleveled due to fighter exp and breakstones, so I'm heavily relying on BZang stuns, but been noticing tons of evades and no procs. Not sure if gear could help if it has any accuracy related stats, in case higher level characters reduce stun chances far more.
I used an a+ mbison all the way to 22 or 23. No need to spent gems on divination. I used it to sss main units, get random sss gear in shop and refreshes for max breakstone cash buy

Wait. You have a Divination? I don't. Now I'm very early, like ~ 6 or 7. But I *did* have Divination available but only a couple scrolls. I was waiting until I got 10. I finally GOT 10 a few days ago (before the Akuma stuff began) but now I no longer have a Divination section. I just assumed it was on a cycle. But there it is on your screen! (On mine, I just have the Draw and Special Summon options).

No ss is much better because you unlock the fighting spirit exclusive item for units. Definitely want to get that. Haha we all do. It's usually events but then u miss out on resources. If you have the expendable diamonds that is the best way. Also, the showdown shop has then as well but then you miss out on characters
Tbh man it's your call. He isn't going anywhere so if you want to save the tickets for future events you can and put him on wishlist when you are ready for it. The only downside to that is you can't claim his rank up chest event once it's done
I dont really agree on spending alot of diamonds early on divination, ive got a S+ bison only and ive gotten to 27-32 as f2p because I invested heavily in regular pulls not far off 10x SSS
All good. U get way more resources, a soft pity of 6 multi to guarantee an OP unit + red gear, chance at 30k diamonds (got this 4 times btw), purple faction cards, blue faction cards, soul frags. Arcade coins are easy to acquire and divination scrolls are not
I wonder if you gonna change your mind on buying gear with gems once you get to mid game on your f2p. I mean I don't want to spend my gems for gear but factional gear is soo rare. At the moment buying gear is what keeps me progressions since my units are mostly SSS already
I still haven't bought any cause I am being patient with guild points from the shop. Using diamonds atm to get A units and Div. Gear is important of course but until I hit that hard wall, I am doing it with interrupts and c viper

How to clear 24-40 WITHOUT Bison. Seriously, I dont want to be forced to use Bison! I invested in a lv.239 SSS Makoto, hoping she would be a decent tank. But I've been stuck for weeks now at this stage....
Makoto is a bit squishy sadly and takes time to build up her buffs. Do you have ehonda built? Viper is the perfect unit to take out bison teams if you have her
@@PayneBlade Invested in ChunLi, Mad Ryu, Elena, Makoto and Beast Zangief. Which worked fine untill now. Sadly, Honda and Viper are only SS. Need more copies. I guess I cheesed my way up with this silly Beast Zangief set-up . Now the game is boring because no breakstones and no power gain, unless you spend ALOT. Horrible progression system.
Ya gotta just wait it out and get resources through various events unti you gain a bit more power. Bzang cheese is usually the way to go when stuck ya guile and viper should replace your mryu and one other dps (both can be used in separate situations).

If you are a big whale then it's decent. You get about a 12% stat increase at sss+5 but if not then switch it up. All you need is sss

Nope it's fine for a while but when you get divination try and max your bison to sss and use arcade tokens for summons.
@@PayneBlade I have Akuma on A+ and is now level locked at 120 i dont know if I should waste more special summon tickets on him.
Tbh man it's your call. He isn't going anywhere so if you want to save the tickets for future events you can and put him on wishlist when you are ready for it. The only downside to that is you can't claim his rank up chest event once it's done
I dont really agree on spending alot of diamonds early on divination, ive got a S+ bison only and ive gotten to 27-32 as f2p because I invested heavily in regular pulls not far off 10x SSS
All good. U get way more resources, a soft pity of 6 multi to guarantee an OP unit + red gear, chance at 30k diamonds (got this 4 times btw), purple faction cards, blue faction cards, soul frags. Arcade coins are easy to acquire and divination scrolls are not

I wonder if you gonna change your mind on buying gear with gems once you get to mid game on your f2p. I mean I don't want to spend my gems for gear but factional gear is soo rare. At the moment buying gear is what keeps me progressions since my units are mostly SSS already
I still haven't bought any cause I am being patient with guild points from the shop. Using diamonds atm to get A units and Div. Gear is important of course but until I hit that hard wall, I am doing it with interrupts and c viper
@@PayneBlade yeah that's the thing. Guild points are quite hard to get as well and especially a full set of factional gear. I also don't when when the 20% discount comes in the guild shop. Probably even worth to wait for it

How to clear 24-40 WITHOUT Bison. Seriously, I dont want to be forced to use Bison! I invested in a lv.239 SSS Makoto, hoping she would be a decent tank. But I've been stuck for weeks now at this stage....
Makoto is a bit squishy sadly and takes time to build up her buffs. Do you have ehonda built? Viper is the perfect unit to take out bison teams if you have her
@@PayneBlade Invested in ChunLi, Mad Ryu, Elena, Makoto and Beast Zangief. Which worked fine untill now. Sadly, Honda and Viper are only SS. Need more copies.
I guess I cheesed my way up with this silly Beast Zangief set-up . Now the game is boring because no breakstones and no power gain, unless you spend ALOT. Horrible progression system.
Ya gotta just wait it out and get resources through various events unti you gain a bit more power. Bzang cheese is usually the way to go when stuck ya guile and viper should replace your mryu and one other dps (both can be used in separate situations).
