You are the reason I purchased a Sirman 220 slicer. Well, not THE reason. I was looking to buy a slicer & stumbled upon your video. The workmanship of the product is apparent. Your informative video sealed the deal. Thank you!
At 4.19 it's a switch to stop the motor if the Fixingbolt is out. Maybe I have the same problem, but my slicer is from netherlands - theses slicers are sold all over the world ...
the important thing of the video is to show how to disarm the machine and reach the fault and not what you did.The video does not help me at all, since it does not show how to disarm.
Removal about 10 min, replacement same 10 min. Bearing grease for this: NLGI #2 general purpose, fill up the space with grease generously if the motor shaft gets wet in cleaning
Nice video

Thanks for watching, I`ve got a few more kitchen equipment videos, also with engineering / tech focus.
Nice informational video, thanks!

Saya menyimpan di gudang, setelah beberapa tahun semua kabel terputus oleh tikus 😢

What the hell is "disarm" in actual English?
It`s a food equipment, not a security system, for crying out loud.
@@theoverengineer I think he means how did you disassemble the bearings. Would have been nice to see that.
@@sylviaisgod6947 Bearing was tapped out of place, (screwdriver + hammer) then cut up with bandsaw
ya was wishing to see how you dismantle the bearing too lol
It is a Globe GC class clone and recommended cleaning procedure is to clean with blade on wiping out from center of blade according to Globe.
What is best grease for the bearing you replaced and how difficult was it to remove and replace that bearing? Wish you would have shown that part.
