In this age of technological revolution, staring at a computer screen or a mobile phone is almost unavoidable for many of us. What is the cost we pay for it though? Often, long-standing vision problems, itchy and dry eyes and sometimes even loss of sight. Environmental pollution, intense stress and reduced sleep also add to the issue. Ayurveda prescribes effective and time-tested ways to increase tear production, improve eyesight and strengthen eye muscles. In this video, I have included Ayurvedic methods and ways to protect eyes from various issues, including preparing the famous Triphala eyewash.
