46:30 To your point about people not communing often or downplaying it’s significance. When I was still a catechumen my desire to partake of the flesh and blood of the Lord increased as the time of my baptism drew near. Now that I am able to commune, I look forward to it every week. I have to travel this weekend and will not be able to go to Liturgy or commune, and that gives me some sadness that I will miss it. I suppose if I had been raised Orthodox it might make it easier to fall into it being commonplace and not a big deal. May God give us all a longing to worship Him often and partake of His Holy Body.
1:50:35 exactly, rather than be angry, mourn that the mocking Protestants don’t understand or experience the gift of the Holy Body and Blood of our Lord. My guess is these particular people are not even solid Protestants because I wouldn’t think they would mock Holy Communion, even if they believe different things about what it is or isn’t.
If you think it is a symbol, you ought to not mock it, for symbolism. It's like ☢️: you should write this symbol boldly, and not joke about it, lest a child hear you and think it's just a jest.
The Virgin's Veil and the Holy Belt of the Theotokos are two relics of the Panagia, First-class relics: Part of a saint's body (e.g., bone, blood, flesh). Second-class relics: Possessions owned by a saint (e.g., clothing, personal items). Third-class relics: Objects touched to other relics of a saint.
Thank you Father
Amen...Thank you for the teachings... Glory to Jesus Christ
Thank you father.

@TedBruckner 😊 ok! Thank you!
What a wonderful blessing!
Why do people in the GOC think that FR Seraphim Rose was "true orthodox" when he was with ROCOR. Can anyone help?
Because he praised the GOC as Truly Orthodox.
