This will be the tallest building in Nepal with a height of 130+ meters, will be of 33 floors, The old bus park area of 23 ropani lands is used in this and building will be in 9 and a half ropani, this is contracted in BOOT model, the estimated cost of this project is above 7.64billion. The company would build and operate for 30 years and will hand it to Kathmandu Metropolitan City. The view tower will be one of the attractive places for national & international visitors. from the top of the tower, we will be able to view the beautiful Kathmandu valley and the wonderful Himalayas. In the premises, there will be 17 Bus Terminals, Uplifting Parking, Swimming Pool, Shopping Centre, Cinema Hall, Gym, Indoor kids Park, Banks, Hotels and View Tower. In this huge project, there is 50% share of Jaleshwor Swochhanda Bikoi Builder, 40% of the share of MIG nepal ltd & 10% of the share of Idea for nepal. It can resist up to 11.5 rector scale earthquake. After the completion of the building, more than 10 thousand people will get the employment opportunity over there. The project will be the moment of pride for all Nepali.let's hope and wish for the earlier completion of the project.
