Can you explain the tools used?
I want to clean/polish my engine, forks, etc like this. I have a drill. What are the wire brush attachments, do they come in different hardnesses? And what's the name of the polish you used?
    Thanks.

      Hi there mate,
I used a combination of autosol aluminium polish, brass wire wheel, scouring polish wheel and a lot of elbow grease, patience and time. Things similar to this www.supercheapauto.co.nz/p/toolpro-toolpro-cotton-polishing-cones-medium-assorted/386606.html?cgid=SCN01011102

What did you spray on the plastic there to bring back the finish?

Hi Ken. I spayed a bit of silicon spray onto it. It more than likely won't last too long, but with 40 years of sunfade it's probably the best outcome.
