@@andrewzcolvin Going vegan isn't exactly more environmentally beneficial than a normal diet. Many popular vegan choices of food consume many resources, take up land, etc. Not saying that non-vegan is better, but it's more like one of those "choose your poison" choices.

InKryption You’re absolutely wrong about ‘vegan food isn’t much better environmentally’ because YOU haven’t really even *thought* about it. MOST vegan foods (fruits and vegetables) don’t even need to be cooked, refrigerated, or frozen-the opposite of chucks of animal flesh and secretions. Growing a pound of carrots yields a pound of carrots-meat, milk, eggs require growing multiple pounds of “feed” crops for the animals to eat-and yield a small fraction of “food” for pre-vegans. Remember the energy expensive process of planting, watering, applying fertilizers/pesticides/fungicides to those crops, transporting/processing/delivering the “feed” as well as the industries of actually killing the animals,, processing their parts...then freezing/refrigerating, and cooking them. The pollution is staggering, Earth-shattering. Please. Really try to educate yourself about the topic: ComfortablyUnaware.com is an excellent book and resource.
      ClimateHealers.org is good, too.

No, animal consumption is what gave us our intelligence. We get all of ou nutrience in concentration through meat. In the United States, only 9% of greenhouse gas is emitted through all agriculture. That includes transport and harvest.
      epa.gov/ghgemitions/source-greenhouse-gas-emissions
Right now the problem with agriculture is corn. We grow 27% of our corn for ethanol. Ethanol is added to gasoline to make it burn with less emissions. We get 17%-25% less mpg using it. Ethanol has to be transported by truck because it evaporates so quickly. 1 acre of corn produces 50 gallons of ethanol. So about 3 million acres of corn used for ethanol. They don't pick it by hand. Many miles of driving a fossil fueled combine to tackle 3 million acres of corn. Vegetables take longer than most animals we eat to mature. None of the animals that humans consume on a regular basis would exist if it wasn't for man.

Justin setting, First of all, climate change is nothing new, it is always happening. There has been very little warming for the past couple hundred years. Every time they tell us "it was the hottest year ever recorded", is well within the margin of error. Ever since they started recording global temperature in 1880, the temperature has risen by 1.69 degrees F and those numbers are not that accurate because of the limited amount of measuring stations. Even today we get the global averages from 1,200 stations around the world. That is just 1 station for every 48,000 sq miles. The Jason3 satelite, which is how we measure sea level, is accurate to 3.3 cm., how can they accurately measure a couple of milimeters with an instrument that is off by over an inch? Every berating creature on this planet releases CO2 with every breath they take and then again when they decay. Every plant gives off CO2 as it decays too. All ruminant animals produce methane gas. That is quite a big list of wild animals such as deer, antelope, kangaroos, water buffalo, bison, moose and so on. The amount of all cattle we have in the USA is about the same as the wild Bison population was. They estimate that a wild Bison produces nearly twice as much methane as a domestic cow.
The human brain is made up mostly of fat. The evolution of our brain into what it is now, began around 2.5 million years ago when we started eating meat. We started making tools and controlling fire. Our closest relatives, chimps and bonobo, eat meat. The healthiest people known to man are the Tsimane people of South America. They are a remote tribe that eat meat and vegetation. 90% of the hundreds studies, showed no risk of heart disease. Two thirds over 75 years old were nearly risk free and just 8% had a moderate to high risk of heart disease. Too much fat, processed meat, lack of exercise and smoking are the issues that make people unhealthy.
The whole vegan diet and man-made climate change is a scam developed by the United Nations. It all started back in 1992 in Rio deJaneiro at the Earth Summit. It is nothing more than attempt at global communism. They want to control what you do for work, what you eat, where you live, what you drive, how many kids you have, every aspect of your life. The green new deal is the same thing as the UN Agenda 2030, formerly known as Agenda 21. That's why they say we only have 11 years now or we're done for. Don't fall for their scare tactics, this is the same organization that was assembled to end all war. Since then we have had over 145 major wars and 50 million casualties. Do not trust the UN.

@Me Mw you can get proteins without meat. and it is certainly not natural for us to eat meat in the way we do - mass produced, forests cleared, lack of space for animals to roam, inhumane conditions etc. search Earthlings on youtube, and help save the planet and feel better about yourself, or just have your steak. but every steak you have contributes to global warming and ultimately our downfall.

Me Mw Humans had to rely on meat when we still were hunter/gatherer societies who didnt have other options to get food that has as much energy.
But nowadays we have alternatives and we can get all the energy and nutrition we need without eating meat.
If you dont want to go vegetarian or vegan, then maybe consider trying to have a meatless day each week. Just cutting down on one day of meat consumption is already doing more for the environment (and for the animals) than most people do and with time you‘ll see that theres plenty of tasty meatless meals that are easy to make and that wont leave you hungry.

The Jewish people have lived in the land for centuries. Driven out forcefully.
You don't try to fool me now, you were completely going over the part Israel is a democracy. Where Jews and ARABS are allowed to vote.
Israel's democracy is very fair and the judicial system reaches even over the darkest parts of the government.
Let's compare that to Iran, a dictatorship, once a renowned country in the middle East for women's rights, now has many Sharia laws.
And I shouldn't even have to explain this. Simply being so naive and paranoid that science flies over your head about gay people. Is simply enough to rest my case.

    • @yourlocaltoad5102

      I completely agree.
Nuclear power (especially thorium reactors) could be the safest, most reliable and cleanest way to generate all the energy we need.

If a car doesn't release emissions it means the energy had to be transferred somehow to the car. For the most part, we gather that electrical energy using stuff that pollutes the earth. Production of the energy and powerlines are not efficient - there is a massive energy loss between the powerplant and your dream telsa:).On top of that the massive batteries used in those cars take ages to decay and it's such junk that there is no real place to put it.

    • @adstvstore633
      @adstvstore633 5 ปีที่แล้ว

Instead of buying a new electric car, you can convert your existing engine car to electric motor car, just buy the suitable electric motor and battery from market, ask car repair shop around your area to do it for you. Then you install some solar panels on rooftop of your house and done. This cost about a few thousand dollars only, ways much cheaper than a new electric car.
