+jnbff10 In my case, the dealer had to follow all the wires from the blower in the dash down to the controllers in the hood. They found a harness wire with poor connection. Depending on the outside temperature the connection would get weak and the blower would stop working. I don't know details but you can call the Chrysler dealer service department in Champaign IL and talk to the service manager. He might remember my problem as we spent several months back and forth with the issue until they found the loose wire. Good luck.
