Centers have been making that pass since the Globetrotters. JUGGLERS forever. I mastered that pass back in the Mid 80s using VHS tapes in SUPER SLO MO watching Mark Aguirre. I can relate as to why it's not top 10.
Wilt Chamberlain ROUTINELY threaded needles with that pass to "Stumpy" 6'1" (?) Gail Goodrich, a TINY target by NBA standards, as the Lakers won the Title over 50 years ago. Wilt helped Goodrich avg 25pts.
Centers are SUPPOSED to be able to make that pass and many can, but DRIBBLING is pushed over PIVOT PLAY, so it's a matter of opportunity.
It is a GRANDMASTER type pass, but the TOP 5 Centers any given season been using it since the Globetrotters, who pioneered it.
Wilt Chamberlain threaded needles with that pass to back in the Mid Sixties leading the Champion 76ers.

Curry was clearly looking directly at his teammate and tracking him before and throughout the pass.
At least half of NBA players can make that pass; NBA players are and have always been that good. Its the opportunity to make that play that's rare, not the skill level, in this case.
