It doesn't go above 20% HP, but it prevents you from starving. Starvation is not an issue for herbivores. Broadcasting (1) makes your dino heard by others. It covers a pretty large radius. Use it to find a herd/pack if others broadcast back. But be careful, carnivores can hunt you down. If you spam broadcast it makes others easy to pinpoint and find you. Friendly (2) to show another dinosaur you have good intentions and mean no harm. Hold 2 to form groups. You can chat with eachother. You can only talk with dinos of the same species as you. Threaten (3) to tell someone to back off, it signifies hostile intentions. Usually a fight ensues. Use it to contest a carcass for example. You're telling him to go away, this is your food, if he also calls 3 that means there's gonna be a fight. Scared (4) is self-explanatory. Use it when getting chased, or you don't want to fight, or your friend got killed, or you got startled by an ambush, etc.

Hello I have a question, the game is verified I checked it but it still won't let me play. I have the beta mode on like (Evrima) and it continues to say "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." and my GPU is Intel (R) iris (R) Xe graphics is there any other ways I could fix this?

Hiya, you can try to verify files through steam, usually some files get corrupted or just vanish from the folder. Right click the game in steam > properties > files > verify integrity
I have many questions about the game. Or, is it a system where it's mate once, lay egg to mate again. 6: Is there a way to group up with others without having to randomly encounter them? I'm certainly not going to 2 call every minute and hope. Heck, another Bendi found me while i was searching for food. It was friendly. But, i didn't know how to chat or group up. So, i was scarred shitless and just swam through a lake at night. Didn't know if it was hunting me or not. 7: Is there lore as to why the map's boundary wall is an magnetic barrier? Please explain to me, is it ok that for example on carno or galli LMB atack and ALT+LMB attack have no difference in animations and mechanics of usage, but apparently deals different amount of damage? I mean I can use LMB in any direction and it looks exactly like ALT+LMB
it's simple to fix: go to settings > gameplay > check the last box I don't know why but the game always comes with the box unchecked, making you lose your normal attack.
@@KougaArt Thanks very much! Actually I'm only getting used to the hole combat system, so the dino attacking in the direction the player is looking makes sense for me, but now I guess I need to learn how to aim with the head of my dino not with the camera, it feels quite interesting
@@KougaArt And also I'm not sure if i'm not missing something: so normal attack is just basic tool for combat and directional attack is more like an ability that you should not use all the time cause it costs some stamina and often can be quite slow and too long lasting, these are reasons, am I right or not?
@@Rodina14 yes, you're right! Alt attacks can be slower and they do consume stamina per use. People often use it when they are getting followed from behind or when you know your alt will deal better damage than the normal attack, despite being slow. You'll get used to it and learn, be free to check my combat guides ^^

When I tried to switch to the evrima public server and launch the game, it told me that Easy Anti Cheat wasn't installed and closed my game. Is that something I need to download from a 3rd party?
any you want! if you live in USA you can use the NA servers, if you live in Europe then use EU, but it's not restricted, you can play In any, just be careful of the high ping, it affects the gameplay a lot

As a carnivore its impossible to find food its kinda annoying
been playing legacy for years waiting for evrima to have more incentive to play it and this helped alot with the new sent system!

sadly you can't play evrima with an integrated graphics card, you would need a dedicated one such as GTX, RTX or the ones from AMD :/

The launcher says i need to have easy amti-cheat instaled to play in Evrima. How do i instal it?
Go to stream, right click the game, properties, files, browse files and double click installanticheat!

When a new player plays as a Herbi it is very likely they will refund this game due to lack of food you sniff and nothing pretty much everywhere.

teno can be stronger than other mid tier dinos depending on how skilled you are, but yeah, steg is the strongest
Not just stego, a mix packing group of a teno and some patchys is also stronger than most carnivore groups.
Stegos are fucking op, just played as a Dilo yesterday in a big group and we attacked a Stego and i died in one hit xD
