She really can do literally 95% of what she did in her mid 90's. Its only vocal prep and her focus to do such vocal acrobatics. Plus she should know that her fans want her to show off once in a while. I bet no one suggests anything to her.

For any reason if she had to lip, I wouldn't think she would lip those three notes.

Her voice may have deteriorated through time and abuse, but it is still her best instrument. She can still sound AMAZING when she puts in the effort to take care of her voice. People need to stop doubting that she's singing live EVERY video, because they clearly don't know any better.
