Thank you so much for your comments. Although i am not 100% fluent in the Thai language i am blessed to able to speak with the Thais. I believe by learning the language you can understand the mindset of the locals and truly become immersed in the culture. The Pad Thai i ate in the village was some of the best i have had of all the hundreds of locations i have eaten throughout the country.
