I really enjoy the sound of it. If you're embarassed about being shirtless, you could try just recording the sound and layering in a hand sounds video, for example. :)

Skin scratching can absolutely occur needless to be shirtless (arms, legs, neck, hands, mixing it up with fabric/t-shirt scratching...). Your personal boundaries come first. Great aggressive scratching tho!
