I just wanted to thank you for the video on the assembly of this book nook. I just received this very same book nook from my husband, and I was a bit intimidated at the thought of putting it together. Your video has given me the courage to start and I will be following along with your instruction. Thank you so very much!
So glad to find this. I'm about to get this one, and it does look daunting (4 out of 5 on difficulty, so the sales website says). I've used the Daniel Builds TH-cam channel for other book-nooks, but he doesn't seem to feature this one. Subscribed, and looking forward to your walkthrough.
Hi enjoying the walkthrough I am currently building this kit but having trouble on step 51 desk H8 and H9 seem to be a completely different shape on my card H to that shown on drawing any clue/help would be welcome thanks.
@davidgarston3353, thanks for the question and sorry for getting back to you late. I would look at the picture in the instructions and see if there is anything on the H board that matches the pieces you need. If you dont seem them I would check each of the other boards for those pieces. If you still dont seem them, watch my video at that step and see what they look like on there. Hope that helps. thanks again.
@PopPunkPoser, thanks for the question. I would not recommend this one for a first build. It has a lot of different techniques not a lot of others have and can be challenging, however having my video to help might make it easier to put together. I would recommend watching my other Book Nook videos for the Eternal Bookstore and Sailing Memory I believe, those were not too bad and gets you familiar with the build process. Each book nook is essentially the same just with different layouts and items to place and of course the lights can be challenging sometimes. I would make sure to get one with a touch sensor as the older ones had a battery pack you had to access to turn the lights on and off. Hopefully that helps and if nothing else check out my videos and if there is one you like you know you will have a guide to help you along the way. Any questions please let me know and good luck.
So relieved I found your channel. Would never have worked it out without this. Thank you

@coopscreations2033 thanks I've made it work but definitely a different profile to that shown.
Would you recommend for a first timer? Or do you have an easier build that would be beyyer to start off with? Looks fantastic.
