Entgegen dem Rat meiner Klavierlehrerin, die mein Niveau für viel zu niedrig hielt, wollte ich es unbedingt erlernen. Es gelang, wenn auch grob. Zur Verfeinerung waren viele Jahre nötig. Jahrelang, jahrzehntelang spiele ich es nun und nie wird es zuviel, nie abgeschmackt, nie langweilig. Wie alle wahre Kunst, verändert es sich nicht mit der Zeit, aber es verändert die, die es erleben/spielen. Aus meiner Sicht ist dieses Stück etwas vom Tiefsten, was je komponiert wurde. Sie verstehen es unnachahmlich, die Seele und die Essenz des Stückes an die Oberfläche zu transportieren und erlebbar zu machen. Meinen tiefempfundenen Respekt.

That was mesmerizing. I was truly transported and blasted with emotion. The Countess must have been one sublime, playful and fiery woman to inspire this.

I was taught to curve my little finger on the right hand V finger to emphasize a sharper tone for Melody to use the end part not the cushion I also going up was taught to think and triplets and coming back down in that area ascending and descending but I love the way you played it most wonderful most wonderful thank you again

This is the best rendition of Moonlight sonata that I have heard. She feels the mussic, then plays it!
