This is the coolest video format of Apex I've ever seen. High level comp, really well edited, easy to follow despite the boring parts being cut, and no censorship of the team comms even during the tough times. Props to all 4 players whose voices we've heard and whose gameplay we've seen. So cool to see this. Really enjoyed the outro heart-to-heart between Timmy and the camera also.

I’ve watched a lot of ALGs. Personally, I believe you guys are a great team and you’re all excellent fraggers with great game IQ. When it works, it works great i.e (when everyone’s together or peaking different angles at same time) I believe it comes down to the disagreements in crucial moments between two or even three different plays when you only have 30 seconds to make a choice. Possibly having a designated TL who gives a majority of the calls while still listening to feedback but still gives the final call may help in certain situations.
This! They argue so much and it causes panic and delays in action.

i think the reason for that is they all believe their call is the right one and so it slows everything down. my team had the same problems.
Right biggest difference i see between them and TSM, just comparing them because lets be real they are a blue print, is that HAL makes that final decision, communication is so key with Timmy’s team. They are lacking a IGL hard, idk who even would be their IGL.

Who thinks that Timmy’s calm leadership in game would change their projections in tourneys?
Timmy? Calm? Brother he is freaking out when things get hectic, I disagree.
While I do think Timmy makes good calls, I think Dezign does too. Timmy is getting better at listening to his team, and I think that's good, he just needs to learn to tone it down at times as well. Timmy does a lot of throw-pushing, he full sends it, whereas Dezign usually knows the plays, but because Timmy gets so out there, they usually end up in a limbo of no good plan at all. I think the whole team works well, but they need to focus on who their IGL is, and Enemy needs to learn to step up a little (like when he didnt have cat wall), and he will do better when Dezign and Timmy get it worked out.
There was no leadership in these games, it was all chaos and frustration
when they talk in the middle of a fight it sounds like xqc
In stressful situations there are more often than not 2 teammates that call out stuff non-stop. Mostly Dezign and Timmy. Impossible to act as a coherent team in such situations because you don't listen while you talk and also hard for Enemy to filter the information.
It’s wild that the inside team didn’t pressure them off that pillar. Especially when design went down! Almost threw the game to kill that team below. Was very fun to watch this vid Timmy.

Timmy looks really good on Blood!... but I can't watch without noticing his Q is commonly ready to use before, during, and after engagements. If I may, here are some timestamps when I think Blood Q could have either changed the outcome of the match or secured +1 kp:

I like what Design is doing. He actually communicates his thoughts. He isn’t saying nonsense. His team has to take his comms and use it. Timmy is a great shooter but he has to show some leadership. Or at least one of them has to.

@@cazewh3652If you watched Dezign any other time than in these clips, you'd come to realize that he did talk about how his behavior is, and he's working towards change. Regardless, Dezign is aggressive for good reason. Do I think he takes it too far? Absolutely. I'm not a big fan of him, but his calls are beautiful for the most part. I think once him and Timmy get on the same level of thinking and start following one call rather than both coming up with 2 different ones and throwing, it could make a really good team comp. He isn't for everyone and I totally get that, he irritates me too. But the three of them together are a unit in the making.

can you do better? they’re fundamentally growing as a team and they have been trying many many many different comps and things during these scrims. main word SCRIMS they’re trying different things to learn and figure out what works best for them. literally this whole week on stream they’ve been doing really good. dropping in 2nd place with 40+ points and 30+ kills right under FURIA

There’s just a difference with having to keep people up your pace and not playing at pace, they weren’t playing to their pace in scrims n rn with this set in ALGS on certain games they played too fast. It just happens you can’t tell what’s best until you learn. Dezign isn’t the problem he’s a great player and wants to win and knows he can definitely win with this team.

You can't drop portal ON someone, but you can drop it and then punch him in. Also, idk why Dezign is portalling to kidnap but not starting the portal from some kind of height so that you can get free shots. You had the drop off right next to you guys. Enemy could have filled the drop off with traps, and they would have no way back to the port, free kill on crypto, plus opening damage on other 2, who you would have height on+nades+caustic ult to wipe that.

I’ve noticed 2 things. 1) Arguing over decisions. They need a designated IGL because they start to panic and delay their actions because they can’t decide what to do. 2) Being too passive. They’re all fraggers yet they die from being so passive even though they could survive if they just commit to a push.
P.s. I’m not qualified to give advice I’ve only solo q to Diamond before 😅 but it’s what I’ve noticed.
Point 1 agree but for point 2 there is more nuances. Being aggressive can also leads to wipe easily even if they are all fraggers. They are playing vs other pros and the coordination is very high. I think you meant more coordinated cause sometimes one or 2 member would push and the other member wouldn’t be ready to push at the same time.
