    The best lecture I’ve ever watched. Although his accent is monotone, his explanation is wonderful. He has a unique ability to explain difficult things in a easy way. Thank you, Dr. Gordon for giving us the precious lecture!

    Technically, the audience is in fact using their body to "agree" with Dr. Gordon in the example given around 10:30. Remaining sitting is the use of the body in accordance with the request of the speaker, Dr. Gordon. To not move your body in order to obtain some goal is using your body to obtain that goal. While I agree with the substance of the argument, the example given is not an actual example.
    A better example would be choosing to do something in the future. If I decide I will go to the climbing gym tomorrow, this requires no movement or lack thereof. It is a purely mental action.

      Gordon said "motion of the body."
      Your example is debatable. What is the goal of that "action"? If there is no goal, there is no action.
