- In today's football manager experiment I put on a mod that allowed the United States to have promotion and relegation, giving them a more European style league. This would be especially exciting if Messi managed to get relegated with Inter Miami and ended up playing at some community college stadium in a USL match! What do you think about pro/rel in general? Enjoy the video!
having 2 teams come up for each conference seeing as the mls and usl championship are divided west east is a promotion structure id like to see
also fm rates the timbers so high for how were doing irl 💀
So for 2024: Inter Miami, L.A. Galaxy, Toronto, and Colorado drop to the USL... and MLS adds Pittsburgh, Sacramento, Charleston and Phoenix. Yeah, that would be so great for the growth of the league and game in the U.S.
Inter Miami being relegated while having Messi and Leagues Cup victory would be hilarious
hi love ur vids
Thanks!
What do you use to create these new leagues/teams? Is there a tutorial of how to do these mods?
Uh database link?
i think sports are stressful enough without relegation
Where is the database???????
It's Zealand's US database
Zlatan would have never joined the Galaxy in 2018; the LAG was dead last in 2017. FC Cincinnati would have likely still been yo-yoing between USL and MLS, instead of WINNING the 2023 Supporters Shield this year (after being dead last for 3-years straight; 2019, '20, '21). Messi and Miami would be heading to the USL for 2024, if they relegated the Bottom 2 teams per conf... not to mention Toronto, the team with the 2nd highest Payroll in MLS... and again, the Galaxy. RELEGATION is pointless for our league/country.
There is ZERO benefit to Promotion-Relegation for MLS.
