Bwine F7GB2 Drone Review

  • I purchased the Bwine F7GB2 Drone to see if it lived up to the online hype. In today's world, feedback is often hyped, so the best way to discern the truth about a product, especially a drone that costs over $450, is to test it myself. Here's my full experience with this drone: I found the image quality to be much better than the video quality, which was quite disappointing. It seems the marketing for this drone promises more than it can deliver. The battery life is significantly shorter than advertised, nearly 30% less. If I were to rate this drone on a scale of 5, I would give it 3 stars, honestly. In my opinion, it's worth $300, but nothing more. I don't mean to offend anyone, but this is my review based on my experience.
    Bwine F7GB2 Product Stats:
    • FAA Remote ID Module Built-in
    • 4K Camera with 3-Axis Gimbal
    • Capturing night scenes
    • 2 Batteries for 50mins Flight Time
    • Level 6 Wind Resistance
    • 3km Real-time Transmission Distance
    • 14-Day Return & Refund Service
    • F7GB2: with 2 Batteries

Based on the online reviews, this seemed like something as good as DJI but after taking a look at the actual footage of what this drone can film I’m convinced that those who said this drone has a great quality footage don’t know what they are talking about. We needed to see this review. Thank you sir!!

Looks like the Bugs B20 from three odd years ago. Except the Bugs B20 4K and EIS was fabulous. Paid 200 for it back in mid/late 2020.

I wouldn't even pay $300 for that. More like $50. That footage and the battery are atrocious. $50 is the absolute most that drone is worth. Thank for the video

This is why I am skeptical just investing into drones like this.
      1. These companies pay for fake reviews so it’s impossible to tell who is the legit review out of all the fake ones.
      2. They film footage with something way better and claim that your footage will look the same way you are seeing it on their landing page or video advertisement.
I appreciate video reviews like this because we can actually see the demo and decide ourselves. Based on how this company promoted their footage, this drone doesn’t even come close to it.

Idiotic comment. Although the video is not DJI quality, it's definitely good enough to put in your vlog. Now if you think you can buy a drone with stabilized 2k video then you must be on a different planet.
What is a problem is the $450. Because It's a $200 SJRC F7. And it's an older model basically. Meanwhile better drones came out for less money.
You of course have a flying IMAX. So anything under $10.000 is crap.

You are incorrect sir, this is an excellent drone. I almost fly mine everyday. It has all the intellectual functions any high end model for a fraction of the price. Use an SD card camera quality solved. I raced it the other day against some DJI drones it actually really fast. All the DJI pilots were impressed with how it fly. Before you add your two cents how about you actually try out a product.

@@carlosmartinez9114 Depends on the price you paid. For $200 it's a good drone. For $400 it's not.

Look, this drone can only record 4K video at 15fps, which is a relatively low frame rate that can result in a stuttering or choppy appearance, this is exactly what you guys are seeing in this video test this guy did in his review. With this kind of drone, you are not gonna get super high quality crisp imagery, especially for videos with motion. This drone is best suited for beginners and those on a tight budget.

While the Bwine F7GB2 has a decent flight performance, the controls lack precision, which can make it difficult to capture smooth, high-quality footage.
I’ve heard from couple of users on Reddit reporting problems with the camera and gimbal, such as the camera not responding to commands or the gimbal malfunctioning, which can also negatively impact the video quality, although I haven’t experienced something like that with my drone. I do think this drone is beginner-friendly and offers a reasonable balance of features for those on a tight budget. Not that bad!

I have a phantom Dji three that is definitely true 4K. This drone don’t let anybody tell you. It’s not a good drone. It’s not high quality but it’s still good quality.

Most drone 4k footage have a Gopro strapped on it. What you are doing is FPV over WIFI witch has it's limits. Rip that camera out, stick a Gopro on it and use analog for FPV.

    • @iowetaxes6899

Does that camera come off? Can you please explain this in better detail?

    • @driewiel
      @driewiel 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

Most 4k drones do not have a GoPro strapped to it. No idea where you got that from. And this drone records to an SD card so the WiFi has nothing to do with it.

The Bwine F7GB2 is decent for the price point, but the image and video quality are not exceptional.

The video on that drone sucks looks like those Chinese action cameras you buy for 20 dollars . Like 720. The drone looks unstable even if you attach a go pro the stability of the drone would suck . Needs alot of improvements.
