In short what supreme court wants to convey is that if you can't create the new jobs, make the competition as tough by putting filters of degrees, certifications, selection criteria and laws that half of the candidates become ineligible by itself. And later on Govt tag them as unskilled people by putting all the blame on them that Govt have openings but not the eligible candidates.

Ncte पहले खुद bed वालो के साथ था कोर्ट में मुकर गया।
Bed वाले btc से ज्यादा योग्य है।

Teaching in primary classes is really a challenge. This is the fact that B.Ed. degree holder can't manage and tackle primary kids. B.Ed. degree holder are somehow doing this job only for their bread and butter but they are not concerned with the future and life of the students at primary level. Whereas primary school is the foundation academics. Making compulsory D.Ed. in primary school is the right decision for society. I support the decision of Rajasthan High Court and Supreme Court of India 🇮🇳. We need strong future of country. 😊😊😊

D.El.Ed. diploma through NIOS get trained by B. ED degree holders and so court says D.El.Ed. is qualified for elementary teacher while B. Ed is unqualified. It makes no sense at all.

Upper levels' teachers must be deputed 100% by the promotion of primary teachers as they are more skilled and experienced than freshers. No direct appointment be done for any level teachers other than primary level.

इतना नियम बनाया है तो ये बताएं की टयूशन टीचर्स , कोचिंग टीचर्स , distance course, correspondence course में B.ed के कौन से नियम हैं ? डिस्टेंस और correspondence b.ed और m.ed, हिंदी के ग्रेजुएशन equivalent courses नहीं लेते तो D.eled क्यों ले रहे हैं?

Madam,Only Class 10th Passed in Private School is better teaching than B.Ed degree Teachers,Even their children are also admitted in Private School.
There should be advice to transfer the B.Ed. passed teachers working in the Elementary Schools to Secondary Schools as and when vacancies arise in the Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools. This will answer the anxiety of the D.El.Ed. qualified persons.

The scope of B.Ed trained is limited to Secondary and Higher Seconday Education. Good thing. They ware overtaking the D.El.Ed.
All these Bed ,Ded are blocks put up before youth from not getting jobs.allow people with degrees to compete for these jobs then train them while in job if additional skills are needed and allow them to clear bed ,ded within 3yrs via distance course .
