Try to get someone like kazuha/sucrose/venti, i was the same as you and I got kazuha, i easily got to 6th floor where I stopped (not because I couldn't do it, but i was more invested in quests). I'm no expert but from my experience having a team comp of support that can pull enemies, shield/heal character and damage characters (like kaeya and xiangling for melt) does the job easily.
it was so hard clearing floor 12 but now that I completed it last time(previous rotation) honestly it became so much easier that I got more stars than last time even tho I have same build except I changed my hu tao from 4pc crimson(62/208 crits and 0em) to 2pc wanderers 2 pc crimson(61/246 crits and 155 em) i have 9-9-9-5 stars now and previous abyss rotation it was 9-9-8-2.

Just a support comment in every video that from notification (usually Hokori support commenting on every videos that the length is more than 5 minutes)
Hi! :3 I have been watching your channel for a long time and I really like your videos! :D The other day I thought of a new challenge you could do! Well, basically, the idea is to try and play Genshin without a keyboard! You can move by sprinting because you can sprint for 3 seconds without using the 'w' and to change the way you face, make sure you have a bow character on your team and go into the charged attack and when you move your mouse, you should turn in that direction. I don't know if you can climb with the sprinting method and you definitely can't fly, but I guess it would still work if you're exploring and things like that, so yeah! :D It's a pretty bad idea because you can't use your 'e' or 'q' or wind glide, so you probably won't do it but maybe you can tweak it but yeah, either way I hope it gives you inspiration!!! :DD
i wish i could say Abyss is easy. i actively ignored it after floor 4 and only recently went back and got 3 stars for the entire floor 7. needless to say, i'm back to ignoring it. edit: 10:17 was great timing xDDD edit: definitely need to build my anemo and electro units. only got 2 anemo and Beidou and Fischl within the last 3 months so farming here i come T_T
