Great video! But what if you do not know beforehand what the maximum frequency will be? Is it viable to just use the largest sampling frequency and sampling time your equipment / time constraints allow? Even then, how can you be sure that no leakage occurred? By applying a high pass filter?
good video, I'm using Fourier transforms to analyze an incoming signal and try to identify its components breaking it down into regular wave for each I need the (frequency, amplitude, and phase), how do you select delta f if you dont know what freuqencys you will get, if you have a leaking signal is there any post process to address this?
