Thank you for another great video! Was wondering if there is a specific setting that needs to be set up for people to bundle items?
Thank you! Not for them to bundle items, but you do have to set up your combined shipping options. eBay will give them a discount for combined shipping automatically but if you want to give your customers a specific you have to set it up. Like we charge an additional dollar for each item that is added on.

Question guys; I watched your other video of how you guys started as well always appreciate every video you post. But question how much cash did you guys start with?? As well, did you leverage credit?? Thanks for the reply's and the great videos. Oh last two question how many items would you say your are selling a day, and how many do you guys list?
We started out with $100,000 in the bank from previous online business endeavors. We never leveraged any credit. We do use our credit cards to purchase items but we pay them off. And now that we sell so much the balance in our account always stays in the positive. We normally sell anywhere from 50 to 65 items on all three selling platforms and we list 75 items each day!

Close to 10,000 of our items come from traditional thrift stores and goodwills. The additional 1000 items are clearance items from retail discount stores!
Do you have to change something in your aettings to allow bundling?
No you don’t! You can set the combined shipping costs but other than that you don’t have to do anything!
Which packaging materials do y'all trust/use? i.e. poly-mailers, tape, etc.
We have affiliate links to all of our shipping materials in the description of our videos! And we mainly buy tape from ebay with our quarterly discount. But since we use poly mailers we don’t really use a lot of tape.

We have two virtual assistants but that’s it! It’s mainly just the two of us
Do you guys do all of your own sourcing for your items?
What would a typical sourcing day/route look like for you?
Yes we hand pick every item. We source mainly on Thursday’s and we go for about 8-10 hours and we go to as many stores as we can until we get the amount we need for the week. If we don’t get enough on Thursday we will go out in the mornings until we reach our goal.

Is there a reason to have 11000+ items? Im getting to 1k listings on ebay/poshmark and it feels like Im listing more than Im selling.
Just depends on how much you want to make and how much you want to work. If you are selling a lot and making good money, then 1k listings is great! We need 11k for many reasons.
1. We don’t have access to a mass amount of high ASP items so we have to live off a lot $10 profit sales.
2. We have to make enough to support two full time incomes so it takes a lot of listings for us to do that.
3. We have the space to store all of the items so we are okay with having a lot of items in our store
4. Having more items allows our customers to have more options to buy from us so it increases our bundle sales.
There are more reasons but these are just a few!

What were your inventory costs in April?
We pay $5-$6 as a cost average so if you multiply that by the number of items sold then you’ll have the number!
