Thought provoking: It always makes me muse about the amount of time and effort that went into the entire construction of the actual Titanic. All the woodwork, the wiring, the plumbing, the panels, fixtures and fittings, along with all the furniture, stocks and supplies, the art deco and all the objects d'art aboard. The massive hull with all the steel plates and riveting work...all just to sink 2.5 miles to the bottom of the oggin to rot away. All for nothing, what a complete and utter waste of money, time, effort and materials. Not forgetting the human cost too! They say hell is hot, well not the night RMS Titanic sank, hell was cold, sheer freezing cold! Yes, its sad, sad in many ways. 😔💖
Can you imagine how the workers felt after that happened, makes me wonder how many suicides were committed because of it, I mean, can you just imagine the guilt they felt, and good thing for the riveters that they didn't find out until decades later, after they were long gone, that the rivets giving way is what caused the sinking in the first place, or maybe I should blame it on the greed of Ismay, sad that times haven't changed, it's all about the money and nothing else, he should have went down with the ship.

The wreck is just sad to see but the most important part of the ship is the stern ,the stern is where everyone fought for Thier lives wether they will die or not this is a sad week and I also celebrate when the olympics scrapping day and the hmhs/RMS britannic's sinking and I also care of Cunard line Mauritania , Lusitania and aquitania. Just imagine onboard titanic and just imagine if titanic never sank and Britannic never sank and Olympic was never scraped and even the Cunard line four funnel ships I would go to visit all ships

Dude, I was just watching your then and now of the Stern section yesterday and thinking that you could have done the same kind of angles from the bow. I know that in the stern's case it's because there's really not much to show other than the outside, but that left me wanting to see the bow from the same perspective. And then here it is, a few hours later. Almost like there was a shooting star passing by when I thought that.
Pretty bad. I've read that the Superstructure of Titanic was supposed to collapse under the weight of the rusticals or something like that. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but it should give you an idea of how bad it is.

If she didn’t sink, she would have gone on to fight in the First World War and would have saved many lives. She would then be either scrapped or decommissioned. She now lies over 3000 meters down in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Canada. We will never forget this ship and remakes if they are to come will never replace the legend. Thank you Spammals
It’s not actually then and now because Titanic VR is based on how Titanic looked in the 80s. Notice the lighthouse watch...it’s no longer there now and it’s decayed quite a bit.
If they were to raise any section of the Titanic. I would think they should raise the forecastle and forward well deck sections. It has the most chance of staying together and has the most symbolism other than the stern. They could polish it up and make it look better than ever.

It could of been possible when the Titanic hit the bottom of the sea floor that the Helm got destroyed by the force of the lookout post crashing down towards it or the force of it hitting the sea bed making the helm exploding
Sad thing here is it looks even worse than the VR game now, with the officers' quarters collapsed. I've heard news reports and all that about how there's significant damage since the last dive but I haven't seen any updated images
