This week on DHG, we are at the beautiful Staverton Park Hotel Golf Club ahead of our Bus Tour Trip on 29th-30th May. If you are interested in participating on the bus tour and playing golf with Dan and Lester then follow the link above.
This week's vlogs is going to be the rematch of the well received St Enodoc Combined Stableford match! Dan and Lester are going to try and beat Paul and James with a slightly different handicap system in place. Who do you think is going to win? Comment down below!

Fantastic series. Congrats to Dan and Bernie, you boys are undefeated. Paul and James played well, too bad for the water on 18. James’ form came to life and his putting is remarkable. Bernie, Sub-70 has done you well. I’m sure, after this series, they’ll see an uptick in their sales. Have a fantastic Bus Tour at Staverton, it looks like a wonderful course. That vlog literally had everything, I felt like I was watching the last day of the Ryder Cup lol! Bernie showing how to use handicap shots, Dan using every inch of course, absolutely top notch!

That was brilliant! So many highlights in this one. Have to feel it for James on the last as he played so well all the way round, at least he can take home a turkey. Paul as determined as ever but the Bernster & Dan hold their nerve. Nice touch with the thermostat 🧊
Thanks to all involved. Good fightback by Paul and James. Bernie's chipping technique (and sensible play off the tee) proved to be crucial , LOL. As for the golf course - very picturesque and verdant. Not overly long but tight. Having a short par three somewhere would have made it more interesting and probably too many blind shots involved. Overall though, it looked pretty good. Excellent finishing hole.

Such a pleasure to watch these vlogs. The venues are beautiful, but the golf just keeps getting better. Apart from the last hole, James' game was on fire, and Paul is, as always, Mr Reliable. But despite that, The Underdog Team of Dan and Bernie prevail yet again. Surely Bernie's handicap has to be cut by at least 1? Great stuff !

Looks a good venue. Wish I could make it. Nice to see a confident Bernie. Surely you can see the difference in your performance when you think positive. Back to scratch this year.
I think I’ve mentioned it before but I think the intro music is bob on, and sets up the vlog perfectly. It’s got a retro vibe to it and reminds me of the Shell World of Golf videos of ages back. The format was brilliant, and the graphics throughout the vlog were great. The split screen shot tracer worked well, so well done to the edit team. Banter as usual flowed, and one of my favourites.
The course is in amazing condition. I think that was the best round by Bernie in a year.
He plays well at Cleeve Hill soon too Kevin.
All three parts were top notch entertainment chaps and you all played very nicely…a pleasure to watch 👌

My regular playing ptner (my Brother in Law) always says, "hit it at that brown tree".

What a win. That was some last 7 holes from the entire team, 😂 Great shooting, on a great course.
Other than the short par 4 dog dog left over the trees, tight dogleg left down the hill & 1st hole I couldn't remember a lot of the holes which only means I diidn't play many of them 😂 Do feel this is very typical for the type of tight tree lined course for the area LOVED the vlogs guys!
