How Bad Can I Be? | Hermitcraft Animatic

Anyways, I've been working on this animatic since about October 6th and have finally finished it! I wanted to try out making an animatic for the first time ever and this here is the final result! I'm quite happy with it!
On another note, it's also not perfect. Some timing is a bit off, some details might've been missed here and there, a color wasn't right somewhere, don't point it out. I've worked too long and too hard on this to be told every little detail I haven't included.
NOW, that also being said, this is during the whole HEP vs MCR with a touch of Podzol. Some events are quite obviously exaggerated and others are quite obviously made up to fill in some spaces in the animatic. So, like I said, it's not perfect but I say it came out wonderfully :D

IMO, this video had always been inaccurate to the particular details of the episode like the framing of the Mycelium as a victim and Scar's version of the MooPop factory takeover or even his character (like starting a war and then running to Bdubs in a panic).
None of that takes away the fact that this is an incredible animatic.

IK that the resistance winning can cause this to 'look worse' due to the oncler not exactly losing, but it does make the HYEEPPP seem worse/more evil.

I believe there is a plugin that lets you decorate elytra as if they were banners
Yeah the Grian one with the parrot wings was pretty sick.
If you're artistically talented you can always make a custom texture for them. But obviously that would apply to all elytras then
Yeah they should be like shields where you can add a banner to them
You should be able to upgrade them with items. It would be cool if you could upgrade it into dragon wings so you don’t need rockets to fly.
I love how on the Dream SMP the war is so intense and everyone on there takes it so seriously and meanwhile on hermitcraft they are just making mushroom castles, and settling wars with mini games.

This video made me realize that the mycelium war combined with the mayoral race could be made into a powerfully written novel or movie, with terrifying backstabbing, deep levels of drama, social unrest, and political intrigue. It would be a book worth writing. I would title it: Mycelium Politics - They Go Deep

There is no doubt that on the alignment charts, Grian rates as chaotic, the question is whether he's neutral or evil. Because we all know he's not chaotic good xD I personally lean towards him defaulting to neutral but frequently dipping into evil.
As for Scar... I don't really watch him so I have no idea how he would rate.
@@JanMaynz scar is very chaotic good. He likes chaos and he likes to have fun but he's super positive and funny definitely recommend watching his stuff. He's always been a comfort streamer for me
@@JanMaynz I would place him solidly in the middle. Sure he does dip into evil, but at the same time he does a lot of good things as well. I mean his barge mystery boxes, for one, he is incredibly generous with, no chance of you loosing a single diamond. So technically, he losses out.... and he certainly goes out of his way to help people out... he just also pranks them in hilarious ways, for the laugh of *both* sides.
So he's a solid chaotic neutral, good sometimes, bad sometimes, all around, just acting on his own as himself.

I really like how the diamond 'disease' slowly infects Scar too in the animatic. First just changing eye color to light blue, then his suit to blue, then just completely takes over. Awesome!
I love that people from both the Hermitcraft community and the 3rd life community both portray Scar as a evil villain and a very intimidating person well he is just. “Let’s put diamonds on trees:3.” And “I want Bigb’s cookie!” Great job btw.

@Brian Shin yeah it isn’t really a bad thing. The video is more so of just an interpretation of what’s happening with the characters they’re playing, not them themselves.

I honestly love how your conflicts with Grian has slowly escalated over the course of the season, consuming the entire Hermitcraft server.
First: The Jungle Bandit vs. Scar the Wizard
Then: Grian props up Mumbo for mayor vs. Scar for Mayor
Now: Grian leads a revolution (Mycelium Resistance) against Scar's government (HEP) which lures Grian's S6 partner Mumbo to his side.
Honestly, now the question will be: what's next? Will HEP fall internally due to Cub and BDubs' rivalry? Will the Mycelium Resistance gather enough resources to keep the fight alive?
What of the Podzol Party? Will Beef and Hypno be able to recruit more Hermits and pose a fighting chance on their own, or will they have to decide who to align with?
If you can't tell, I really love this storyline. Thank you so much for everything you all are doing with it.

That's what happened on the Dream SMP.
Someone makes election, loses, starts rebellion, the person who was elected goes corrupt (in a way), and the revolution wins.
By an chance, did something blow up at the end? Specifically by Grian.

I think that scene is actually from when the Resistance invaded the HEP factory. The Resistance set off Tango's security contraptions, which set a ravager loose in the factory, and the Resistance had to fight it off.

The true villain is the Dia Throne, it's power corrupts the mind of those who sit on it, and it slowly spread to the other HEP members.

I have never seen the Lorax, and so my first impression of the song is this one, I later searched for the original, and I have to say, this is 10 times better

It’s kinda up to interpretation honestly. You can either see scar as a ruler trying to destroy a resistance or grian as someone trying to take over and corrupt the shopping district

El Jaloma oh when they said vex I thought they were referring to the ConVex since Scar and Cub were two of the people to get all diamond-ified (plus the designs with the wings are kinda vex-like)
I've seen dream smp animatics that have been made to look awesome. But all of the Hermitcraft animatics I've seen are for comedy. BUT THIS, THIS IS SICK! I love how you connected the song perfectly to the animatic. And the character art is insane. Keep it up!
