Really nice cars in the beginning! I think that this tutorial goes a lot more in depth than the last one even though I know everything in it already! I think this is a very good tutorial for absolute beginners, especially young ones such as me. I think you could have added a few more tools such as the loop cut and slide tool for modelling the croissant, as well as the subdivision modifier and other essential modifiers such as solidify or mirror as those are also essential to modelling.
We are making progress now. I showed how to do a loop cut and slide at the end to give the croissant a bit more shape. I think in the next lesson I’m going to introduce subdivision but I wish I had spent more time learning to make clean low poly models when I started out as my modelling has improved a lot since I focused on that. A lot of tutorials want to show you curved objects because it’s easy to do with sub division and it makes it harder in my opinion to then learn hard surface stuff. But I’ll have a think about the next lesson.
