Blender3D and Photoshop Anime Style Wind Turbine

Wind turbine are animate and render with Blender3d. Backgrounds are paint with Photoshop to achieve anime style background art look.

I am using Internal Render. For this scene, I use one sun lamp with shadow, and one hemi lamp. Hemi lamp will lit the scene uniform and change the shadow color

Hey there,
If you decrease the frame rate or make the motion choppy, does it looks more like hand drawn anime?

Yes. In After Effects, you can use "Posterize Time" filter to decrease frame rate. I used it sometime to match on twos character animation with background

it can be done, but we can animate easier and faster with other software like Flash / ToonBoom.
