Today the task is connected to your mother. This can be a challenging task for many of us.
Day 11 Task
In your notebook, describe your mother:
1. Her positive aspects
2. Her less positive aspects
3. What do/did you learn from her?
4. What does/did she add to your life?
5. In what way does/did she negatively impact you?
6. What are/were her dreams?
7. What was/is her biggest disappointment in life?
If your mother is no longer with us in the physical realm, see her in your mind's eye, mentally focus on her, connect with her and write what you feel...
This is very deep powerful work. It is believed that our parents are our gate to abundance in our physical world!
To break through ancestral bonds that inhibit our ability to create the life we deserve, we truly have to know and understand where they come from.
This can be a tough assignment for some (was for me) so go gently, and give yourself time and space to journey within. And know that if you stay with the process and let yourself find the deepest answers to these questions, it is truly beneficial and freeing. Love to you all
