Never found anyone with your way of instruction. You missed your calling you are a natural. Because you speak down to earth when explaining. Glad I ran across your channel. Thank you again.
Thank you Sammi! ❤I can't tell you how many times I've watched this video! ❤It's my "go to" when I need a refresher on bow making. I go through phases of not making them for long periods, so I'm so glad you made this one! ❤❤❤
Girl, THANK YOU!! I have 3 pages front and back of notes!! You’re awesome and I appreciate you taking your time and demonstrating these bows in great detail!! Bows are not my friend but I really think I can make these bows you just showed us all how to do!!
I absolutely love your videos. I love the fact that you are so real and honest. Put on no Daley front! Lol. Y’all u are awesomely talented! What a gift you have! Your family is sooo cute! Love the bloopers! Keep them coming! You make life and crafting fun.
Thank you for showing how to make these bows!! I never could make these bows, but now after watching, I will be attempting to make them. You did a great job explaining, I just can't thank you enough!!!
Sammy thank you so much. What a gift! I think for the second bow, the reason you use an odd number of ribbon strips is that when you fan out all of the loops, one loop can be positioned in the middle and then surrounded by an even number of the other loops. I have a suggestion: instead of struggling to cinch each strip in the same place, try this: fold each strip of ribbon in half. “Stack” them flat on the table, in whatever order you like. Then pick up all seven together and cinch them with the zip tie. Fan out all the loops & tails to complete your bow. You pickin’ up what I’m layin’ down? 😁❤️
Hey Sammie! You are a wonderful teacher! Loved how you explained these bows. I think I can actually make a finger bow now. Thank you for taking the time to show us how it’s done. Hope all is well with your family.
Thank you for the best explanation of the darn ginger bow. Ever other one has gone so fast I didn’t know which was coming and which was going. There is a really easy big fluffy bow that Olivia from Olivia’s Romantic Home has invented. It’s really easy and always comes out nice. It’s called the Olivia bow. You might want to check it out. It has a lot less steps. Thanks for your tutorial. It’s always great when you take the extra time to teach us the basics. Love your channel.
What a great video. I personally like that you packed it into one video. Easier to reference in SAVED LIBRAREY, as I will have to rewatch from time to time. Thankyou dear!🌞FL.
Great video Sammie! It really makes a difference on the learning curve when you take the time to explain what you are doing. You are a great teacher! Thanks for sharing. See you next time. God Bless.
7 ribbons because you always want an odd number to avoid the bow looking like it half one side and half the other. That extra loop brings balance and helps fill the center.
Oh my gosh girl! This video is everything! Thank you for taking so much time out of your busy day to do this video. You gave us so many options and being able to save the video to watch again when I am trying to make a specific bow is fantastic!!
The burlap and lace “X” shape I’ve heard others describe as an awareness ribbon shape. Thanks SO MUCH for this tutorial! It was a huge help, especially the finger bows. ❤
I woke up and you were on doing bows ha ha ha!! I watched from there so I will have to go and rewatch it again another time, sorry Sammie. The ones I watched I loved so I know I’ll like the rest of the video and I really need to learn how to do more bows, thanks for sharing. Having a new baby in the house along with 3 energetic boys is exhausting. I’m always putting you tube on my iPad and I wake up watching something else altogether or I’ve missed most of what I’m watching. Have a great week. By the way, the messy bow you did at the end, when you tied the jute around the centre and then did your knot, if you tie the first bit twice and pull it it doesn’t loosen up, it’s like a knot so you can let go and do your knot without it loosening at all. Hope this makes sense. I tie the boys laces like that so they don’t come undone during the day at school. Have a great week and stay safe.
Thank you Sammie. You are my favorite crafter to watch and get inspiration from. Not to mention you're so hilarious and real. And that new baby along with your others are gorgeous. Congratulations on everything beautiful in your life. May God continue to protect and bless you and your family always. Keep up the great work.
Ok, full disclosure: I saw the video was an hour, and I went, “No way I’m watching all that.” And then I started anyway, and now here I am watching the bloopers. You’re a great teacher, Sammie, and I needed these tutorials!! I’m on the fence about whether separate videos would have been better or not, but regardless, it was way worth it. Thank you for making this! ❤️
I have loved watching this video. I made my bows alone with you and I 100% agree especially for a beginner dollar tree ribbon made it more difficult. When I got ribbon from Hobby Lobby I was actually able to make the bows. 🤣🤣. Trying to save money doesn’t always work. Thank you so much for your tips.
I am so entertained watching you. Listening to you talk about bows! I have to make a bow for a large gift, but my husband walked in and he’s watching too now. New fans! How about those double ribbon bows? Layered I seen the first one you used 3 kinds
thank you so much, you helped me make a bow that looks half way decent. I saved this video just incase I forget and I won't have to look all over the place for a video I can follow. Thank you again.
Thank Sammie for do this video. I have seen you do finger bows so many times, but I could never get them to come right. After watching the video, I was missing a step. Just done my first two finger bow! Thank you so much.
Thank you! On the finger bow I was putting the end up the loop instead of in the loop! Thanks for all the bows. I think I do my regular bows pretty good. But just couldn’t figure out the finger bow!
I actually made messy bows all day! I made them for my fall decor and my favorite is when I made them for Brady’s hair bows for school! They are so unique!
Thank you for the amazing video on how to make different types of bows 😊 Your video is very easy to follow, and the outcome of each bow is stunning ✨️ Again, thank you so very much for making a video that is easy to follow 🙏 As a beginner bows maker, this is just the video I need to start me off on my bow making journey 🥰
Thank you so much for sharing I always always have a hard time doing bows you made it look a lot easier for me to try and yes I’m going to save it thank you Sammy
