People saying Yesudas was better- he sang in a studio and Madhu sang on stage. I have heard both Yesudas and Vijay Yesudas singing this song on stage but they won’t come close to what Madhu did. Yesudas with all due respect i have for him , is not a great live singer. Btw, Madhu sang this song better in the chithrapoornima program in 2023. Find that 1 hour video from Manorama online channel.
