Back in Enies Lobby it took only one Giant Pistol to take down an entire Judicial Building while it took a Jet Gattling Gun to take down just one wall of said building. In Thriller Bark a full power Nightmare Luffy (100 times base) using his strongest attack (Storm) wasn't even enough to break one of Oars's bones while a heavily exhausted Gear 3rd Giant Bazooka was enough to crush Oars. These two events point to Gear 3rd being a few hundred times more powerful than base.

I don't understand the g4th snake man + advance conquerors cause that never happened. I think you are talking about the end of chapter 1025, but he actually used ryou and not advance conquerors. First off Luffy never used gear 2nd or 3rd with advance conquerors but for some reason gear 4th snake man? Yh no! The only reason why you might think that is probably cause the lighting effect used for the attack but that lightning effect is also used by characters like doflamingo and katakuri characters that can't use advance conquerors, hell the image you use for snake man advance conquerors comes from one piece treasure cruise and is the wci snake man Luffy character and that has black and red lightning effects and that's pre ryou luffy. Also the attack is not consistent with the advance conquerors effect of noticable space between the attack and the opponent getting hit by it. So your scaling should be gear 4 bounce man + ryou then snake man + ryou and then advance conquerors.

Back in Enies Lobby it took only one Giant Pistol to take down an entire Judicial Building while it took a Jet Gattling Gun to take down just one wall of said building.
In Thriller Bark a full power Nightmare Luffy (100 times base) using his strongest attack (Storm) wasn't even enough to break one of Oars's bones while a heavily exhausted Gear 3rd Giant Bazooka was enough to crush Oars.
These two events point to Gear 3rd being a few hundred times more powerful than base.

1) One piece isn't done....there have been mentions of "gods" that lived on the red line..(king's race- in the manga....) it doesn't necessarily have to be actual gods but we have to wait and see what oda does with that...
2) Luffy in base form right now in manga is beyond mountain or island level XD if you read the manga anyone with a brain would know that....
3) Luffy is fighting in base form.....and can keep up with KAIDO...a YONKO which is a LITERAL TOP TIER in the verse...
4) Luffy has tanked boro breaths from kaido which can level mountains in seconds...litterally....with his haki and "guts" this was litterally shown in the manga...
5) Luffy can level a city or island with regular gear fourth....ryou training..which is advanced armament haki can be stacked on top and create more power and damage overall to your attacks....it can also enter into the body of your enemies and destroy it from within... so i'd say gear 4th with ryou is around small-large island level damage..
6) There are characters in one piece that can literally fucking lift and cut large islands with their devil fruit powers and hax...
(this also goes for swordsman that are of yonko calliber in the verse...their flying slashes)
7) luffy can dodge light speed attacks like kizaru's light shots....it was shown again when luffy dodged the pacifista shots which is litterally made form kizaru's DF.

I don't understand the g4th snake man + advance conquerors cause that never happened. I think you are talking about the end of chapter 1025, but he actually used ryou and not advance conquerors. First off Luffy never used gear 2nd or 3rd with advance conquerors but for some reason gear 4th snake man? Yh no! The only reason why you might think that is probably cause the lighting effect used for the attack but that lightning effect is also used by characters like doflamingo and katakuri characters that can't use advance conquerors, hell the image you use for snake man advance conquerors comes from one piece treasure cruise and is the wci snake man Luffy character and that has black and red lightning effects and that's pre ryou luffy. Also the attack is not consistent with the advance conquerors effect of noticable space between the attack and the opponent getting hit by it. So your scaling should be gear 4 bounce man + ryou then snake man + ryou and then advance conquerors.
