Isn't alfalfa supposed to be sown between .25-.75" deep, depending on your soil type?
This would be great for casting wildflower seeds or maybe applying foliar sprays, but in this particular case it seems like a recipe for poor germination.
It's almost June 1st so if there are any fancy areas who haven't mowed yet... these seed-spreading drone companies could advertise wildflower-seeding this time of year for seeding in September-December.

What’s the total equipment cost licensing and educational and what’s the standard ask for the financial end
In regard to heavy lifting, how much can a T40 lift realistically? Seems like a pretty useful tool if you don’t need the lifting capabilities of a helicopter.
