45 was wrong. I was going quick math. 4 ghouls in lane, and when you ult you summon 4 additional ghouls no matter what, there are other ways but 8 per yorik is the most consistent. 40 ghould would still be funni tho

yorcik can have more than 4 ghouls as long as there are only 4 near him, he can have more if the extra ones are far away
Yorick can have 16 ghouls up at the same time if you do it right. The way to do it is: go top, raise 4 ghouls, get them pushing. Go mid, raise another 4, get them pushing. Go bot, another 4, get them pushing. Go to jungle and get another 4.
Raising new ghouls only kills existing ghouls if they are nearby. If they are pushing another wave, they will stay alive.
one for all Karthus - 1 person presses R to bait the zhonya's, then the other 4 press R for an instant penta.
Also:
one for all Rell - smite baron/dragon at 3150hp, but also the amount of cc wouldn't let your opponents play at all.
Karthus has always been disabled in OFA during the last years.

lulu would be funny, endless polymorph, making one huge lulu or multiple big ones, can go adc and could have one tank with 5 pixi on it, speed ups and shields, etc.

5 man zyra, you can hijack each others passive buds and W buds (plus spawning a zyra plant on top of a teemo shroom pops it and saves you the pain)
The yuumi mothership was the best game that you have ever posted. it was so fun and troll and you all seemed to be having a blast. Also my favorite moments are when you all are being silly like the 5 ashe ults down mid hahaha

I remember doing something like this with pre-rework Yuumi, though I don't think we ever did the all-in Mothership. I stacked armor and went in first with an AP Yuumi on me to play a rousing game of Lee Sin's Ultimate Ping Pong, while our ADC Yuumi and their pair of AP Yuumis cleaned up once they wore themselves out. Fun times.

Try doing the "You're not allowed to move except where I tell you Comp" - 5 Maokais. See if you can push someone into towers and keep them there. Also 5 ults from different directions would look so cool.

Is it possible that if you are all playing Belveth that you can all get True Form from Rift Herald and spawn 5x as many minions? Unsure if it works that way, but if it does, it would be pretty good video. Throw in 5x Void Grub Stacks, on top of that for even more minions. If it truly works this way, you could slow push a wave of 12-14~ minions that would turn into a total of 60 voidlings when they die. Plus another 30-35 from the enemy's minion wave when it dies. Nearly 100 minions pushing down a lane, with Rift Herald, too. I doubt the game will give you 5 True Forms, but its worth a test.
Kai'sa: Everybody play Full CDR/Lethality Kaisa Sniper and you fight the enemy without ever getting into auto attack range by just spamming Ws from off screen.
Naafiri: The true pack of dogs.
Heimerdinger: where you make an unapproachable wall of turrets and push it forward one step at a time bunker-style down mid.
Yorick: where you all pull out maidens at the same time and fight 10v5. Or Send all 5 maidens down a sidelane to split while you all group up to shove the opposite lane.
Aurelion Sol: You all farm up Rylai's and create a stacked black hole of death while dropping a storm of super-comets and drop the biggest spirit bomb in league possible on someone's head.

I remember encountering a yuumi comp in this game mode. The only way I won against it was just refusing to fight them.

If you russian nesting doll instead of jump on the same yuumi. The bff passive stacks for the adc yuumi. It also keeps 4 yuumis from popping out when the adc yuumi dies (just 1 w 3 yuumis on it)
I would suggest either alistar because of his passive your healing in a teamfight is unbelivable or lillia because her ult is based on the debuff so if someone on top dmg the enemy the botlane can ult for engage

I'm trying to think of what would be best, but honestly just about anything would be fun to watch, so for that reason I'd choose Master Yi, just because it's my main champ. Karthus / Xerath ults, invis ambush champs would all be great.
